Apart from having to change rooms as the noise of the traffic was a bit much after 24 hours travelling there is nothing I can fault this hotel for. It has a pool, bar, roof terrace, clean and well appointed rooms, polite and helpful staff and is in a good location for buses to the beach and beyond. My only...

We made the mistake of staying in Cancun for 3 nights before taking a flight out of Mexico. This hotel however was the only saving grace. Nice staff. You can ask for an extra key card for the A/C. It's far away from the beach though, most of which are only accessible through other hotels. A good place to stay...

First thing first, it is price friendly but you definitely get what you paid for , on this hot hot weather , in the 90s most of the time , they have no fridge in the rooms, that equals to no cold water to drink or any other beverages for that matter, hot water while in the room only, they...

Stayed one night, very clean. personnel were kind, helpful and understanding. Late night check in was admitted (12am). Pricing per night was good. The hotel is walking distance from both main bus stations.

Stayed for 6 days in March 2016. Very helpful staff, hotel OK but could use some remodeling. Towels were not replaced the whole period but room was kept clean. Hotel was not very full yet quite noisy. Very good location though close to Central Bus station and food store. IMO very good for a traveller on low budget.

By far the worst hotel I have stayed in many years. I had room 110 and at fifteen minutes of getting bitten several mosquitoes, so I asked for a room change. This time I was assigned room 210, on the second floor. pleasant surprise because the room was remodeled, with floors and new table. The A/C was working good also....

Small hotel located in Downtown Cancun with just steps away from the ADO BUS terminal, shopping area, large supermarket and local transit system with frequent busses to and out of Hotel Zone. First impression – a regular budget hotel good for a short stay. No any small appliances of any kind in the room. Nothing exited and nothing to write...

I really like staying at the Hotel Plaza Kokai, for reasons both conventional and non. First of all, this is not a resort, is not on the beach, so don't bother if that's what you're looking for. It is, however, conveniently located downtown, two blocks from the bus terminal and a short cab ride to Puerto Juarez. The entire hotel...

We were staying close to this hotel, went to check it out because it had some great rates online, they showed us a room, it was nice, the beds were amazing and so we booked, we got there and they gave us a old room, near the night club, beds were hard as a rock, it was not anything like...
