What a fantastic experience. First time in Cozumel - beautiful island with lovely, genuine people. One of the best hotels I've experienced with 5 star service from delightful people. Good food, fantastic choice and good entertainment. We intend to go back again in the future. Thank you to Heri, Fili, Neyali, Gabriel, Camilla and all the wonderful staff.

Just got back from our trip to Cozumel where we had the pleasure of staying at the Cozumel Palace. The overall cost was a few hundred hundred dollars more than the Iberostar or the Occidental but worth every penny. Even if we've had a good experience somewhere, we usually don't plan to return. This place however, is different! The SERVICE...

..... or at least very close to it. We are middle-aged so our review is geared more to that mind set, that is, we aren't young honey-mooners, or worn out life long party people. We appreciate the finer aspects of life with out having to pay thru the nose for it. And this facility delivers. It's not a 'mega size'...

Stayed there in november and decided to try again. A little less crowd, or my sporting of my new black diamond bracelot made my stay world class. Improvement in wait staff food and engagement by the staff. All 5 star except some confusion in getting our orders straight at the japanese stlyerestaurant. Conceirge gave good recommendation on an off site...

Amazing! The Cozumel Palace was incredible! We were impressed from the minute we walked in the lobby with the service, the friendliness of staff, the feeling that we were "royalty" at least for a few days. The food was beyond what I could have imagined -- everything we had was fantastic. I thought b/c it was all-inclusive the food might...

I wanted to make sure that I wrote a review because my new husband and I just visited during our Honeymoon in January, Cozumel's typical high season. The hotel was only 30% occupied, and though I do not know for sure the reasons... I do want to make sure everyone knows what a great experience we had in Cozumel and...

I had the most fun on my honeymoon at the Cozumel Palace. I think this place is so beautiful. It is smaller than most all inclusives and I liked that too. The snorkeling right behind the hotel was so fun! I had never snorkled before. My husband and I tried all the restaurants and they all were delicious. It was...

We just loved this resort. The only reason I didn't give it as 5 star rating is because there is no beach. Otherwise there are no negatives. It is walking distance to the village of San Miguel. Although the village is mostly set up for the cruise ships which are there everyday except maybe Sunday. One day there were 6...

Visited right before Christmas with two teenagers. The loft suite gave us plenty of space. Hotel service was quite prompt and very friendly. The all inclusive concept really simplified our trip, especially with older kids who could manage their own meals. I'm very particular about food and was pleased by the selection of fresh fish, veggies and fruits. My kids...
