Very affordable! Great location! Very friendly! I stayed at the Maria Del Pilar! 1 block from Hildalgo. Rooms were spacious and clean! Will always continue to recommend this hotel. Best place to stay because they make you feel like you are at your home away from home!

Gladys has also the Hotel Maria del Pilar, Calle Abosolo 15. We spent there some weeks. It was wonderful! Nothing wrong to tell just like we like it, clean and cosy rooms with a kitchen on the terrace where we spent nice evenings. All this we got for a good price and Gladys helped us always if we need some... More

Since my husband and I were treating our teenage kids, we were looking for something economical but with some privacy for us as well and we found both , staying in two apartments at Gladys's. We also needed main floor accommodation since my daughter is wheelchair confined. Gladys not only took pictures of all the curbs in the area and... More

This worked out just great for our family. We actually stayed at 2 of the 3 apartments - one week... More

We were in Isla for 3 weeks- one at the Avalon, one in the upstairs apt. at Gladys's and one at the El Milagro marina. We think Gladys's was the BEST! The apartment was clean, well equipped, and spacious- it was great having a full sized refrig! Teresa (who did the cleaning) came and taught us how to make salsa...... More

Five of us stayed in Gladys' in July of 2007. We stayed in the large unit upstairs. At that time there was 1 King, 1 double, and 1 day bed in the unit. Gladys said the King could be removed and replaced with 2 twins. She was so much help. We were suppose to arrive the day after the hurricane... More
