We always use USA Transfers from airport to ferry. The drive pretty much skirts downtown Cancun. Not sure how to reassure them. Good luck!

You can probably arrange for them to bring you coffee early in the mornings, they are very accommodating at the hotel. Or you can take your golf cart to the town area, lots of street cafes open early! You can get drinks and... More
