Clean and tidy. Good value. Choose a room with pool view. It is worth the extra cost. Free parking. Do not expect much of the included breakfast. It is included for a reason. We have stayed there twice and can recommend this hotell.

We got transfered to this hotel after the original wasn't available anymore, but I'm glad! Rooms are quite large and clean. Breakfast was pretty basic. Staff was friendly. Design was cool (authentic hacienda?!?) and the pool refreshing. But the best thing about the hotel is the location. Only a few blocks from the main square where you can find lots...

Good midrange option in Merida. Nice staff, quite spacious and clean room, included buffet type breakfast (vegetarian options available). Friendly cat! On the downsides: no hot water (there are two taps, cold is cold, hot is outside air temperature, which was enough for me in a hot day but may not be good enough for some). Very slow and breaking...

Stayed for one night to catch up on some sleep prior to heading back to Progreso. Place was spotless, breakfast was quick and good, beds were comfy. Staff was unreal considering my Spanish is more spenglish...would stay again no doubt!

This hotel is pretty slick. For around 10 bucks each we got a premium three bed with balcony overlooking the pool area. We stayed a total of 5 days out of ten. I would rather stay in this hotel than any name you see in the states. Breakfast is not bad considering you paid. I found the eggs to be...

My daughter and I booked this place last minute from the airport when we landed. It was New Years Eve and there was little choice left. This would not have been my first pick, but was pleasantly surprised. I think we ended up in one of the lesser rooms but it was clean and had everything we needed. The good:...

We chose this place because we needed a pet friendly hotels before our return home ,after a 5 week stay on the beach . The location is good, very close to el Centro. It is dated (except for the bathrooms on the main level ...they are quite modern looking. The staff is very friendly. In my opinion we paid too...

Very nice place to stay in downtown. Close to lots of shops and restaurants. Very safe. Very clean. Very friendly staff. The pool area was clean and well maintained. There were a lot of small seating areas in various places which allowed us to be out of the room yet inside the hotel's open air space. The room was a...

Perfect for a short stay in Merida. 10 minutes walking from the Cathedral. We had a big family room in the new building (definitely better than the oldest one). It was clean. Nice pool in the patio. Very convenient private parking absolutely necessary in this city. The breakfast is poor, the towels are small and we had to ask for...

Stayed here several times and will likely stay here again. We like the convenient location to the central plaza and the market. They have new mattresses and pillows now, which certainly increases the comfort level. The pool and garden area is a peaceful place to relax and get away from the city and the crowds. A hot breakfast is very...
