Very pleasant rooms, good continental breakfast, nice rear patio and very helpful and friendly owner Senor Wilbert. Its a easy 10 main stroll to the main plaza and to the two bus station. While we there we enjoyed numerous free music concerts check municipal web site for events. Recommend day visit to beach town Progresso 30 mins on autobus. From...

This was my favorite place to stay during our month-long trip to the Yucatan/Belize! From the outside you could never tell that this B&B is an architectural delight, integrating the outside and inside with patios, gardens and open spaces. The owner, friendly and knowledgeable, is more than willing to share a smile and some travel advice. The location is convenient...

We stayed at Casa Sacnicte 3 nights. It is very well located, in the center, close to the central plaza. Rooms are clean and nice, and the small garden very charming. It is a real bed and breakfast, so don't expect hotel services, your guests can give you advises but are not intrusive, up to you to speak with them....

In the very center of Merida. Very friendly place. Nice rooms, AC, WI-FI. Breakfast is a week part, but still ok. The owners very friendly and will help. Parking is included next door. All action of Merida is close by, 5-7 min by walk to Merida cathedral Will stay again

The owners were very nice, the rooms very clean. The courtyard area is beautiful. They had excursions available to buy and a very modest fruit heavy breakfast to offer. One road leading there from the CAME/TAME bus stations is not so nice, but the other road (more north) is better. Just a few blocks from the central park area.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well presented. The owners were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was nice (fresh pastries, fruit salad and yogurt with orange juice and tea/coffee). Recommended.

Our room is on the ground floor, it is large, beautiful, very comfortable beds, big walk-in closet and large bathroom. Very clean and spacious. The family are wonderful, the breakfast large and hearty and eating it in that gorgeous kitchen is just...

This was a wee gem of a place - just a few minutes from the main square, with pretty, quiet rooms and brilliant breakfasts. The best thing though were the owners, they were just so lovely and charming. Having breakfast in the kitchen and chatting to the owners was an unexpected highlight of my trip. This wasn't in any of...

Originally Casa Sacnicte was chosen because of its quiet but central location. What I stumbled onto was an incredibly beautiful, clean and welcoming oasis! The authentic colonial building has been lovingly renovated to a high standard and hosts Wilbert and Guadalupe went out of their way to make me feel cared for and comfortable. Wilbert is a fountain of information...
