Does the resort have evening entertainment during April and is it inside or outside? Yes, but the schedule for next year has not been set yet. (my children hated a recent saltwater pool as they couldn’t swim underwater due to stinging their eyes). There is one saltwater pool but the rest are not. How do you become a member to access the private beach if the other beaches are not cleaned? You have to check with the concierge. In the buffet restaurant are there stations where food is cooked fresh? Yes. Would 18 nights at this resort get boring and the food too repetitive? Honestly--maybe but it depends on the individual. Me and my husband have been to different all inclusive resorts before and this has been by far our WORSE experience. Unfortunately, I wish I could have positive things to say. First day we got to check in, room smelled musty and view was facing woods only. We could have mind-well just have a no window room.Due to medical conditions( Sinus related problem), requested to have room changed, we were told by front desk Pamela, we can go ahead and stay for the night and we will be notified to have room change as soon as one come available during the next day. It took 2 days, no one called nor left any message in regards. Worse thing is concierge service (Elisa) was notified, she contacted manager on duty (Brenda) who offered to bring in a humidifier in the room , but would have switched us room during the next day. NONE of these plans occurred. They are expected for you to attend their timeshare meetings to sign up and becoming a member, but if me being a guess, despite the amount of money we had to pay as a trial for 5 days, they did not care about resolving simple issues, how much more would they even care to cater to the need of a member? In any case, I WOULD NOT recommend this place not even for members. Food was not that good neither. Only their Italian restaurant was decent. Not enough activities neither. If you want to have a good vacation, would rather recommend Azul Santorini in Cancun instead.

The quality of the beach depends on the tides, currents and time of the year. Seaweed comes and goes. Part of the beach is clean and part of it sometimes has residues from the mangroves but is sandy with beach beds. There are no outside jacuzzis or hot tubs but some rooms have them.
