With my wife we spent 7 nights in this hotel while sightseeing the area. LOCATION: Hotel is located 20 blocks from the main bus station (10 - 15 minutes walk). It is also very close to the 5th Ave. hovewer far enough to be able to sleep during the night as the Quinta Avenida is quite loud place. From the...

Thanks for your comments, We appreciate very much your time to share your experience and to give this useful information about the area. Indeed, our neighbor hotel is a little noisy. On weekends, when this happens, if the noise is too loud, kindly let us know to move you to another room. We look forward to see you again! Saludos...

My family and friends of 10 stayed here during the Easter holidays, had 4 rooms, each were clean and had good ac, we chose this locale due to its proximity to the popular 5th avenue which is 50 feet away. Slept well, no noise pollution. Small pool, but since its 2 blocks from the beach made it easy for us...

I was travelling to Mexico over christmas mainly for scuba diving and had left it late to book accommodation. As i would be out most of the day, I had resigned myself to a hostel, but while searching I found Playalingua on Agoda for $40 a night. For this price, i got a private room with a single bed, ceiling...

I stayed 7 nights total at Playalingua. Overall, I gave the hotel 4 stars because it is in a GREAT location and I felt the school was extremely beneficial. The rooms are very clean but basic. I stayed in a double private with bath that came with two beds a drawer, and fridge. I also had a very nice private...

I expected a very basic, no frills, a step above a hostel for what we paid. We got an amazing location near the beach and right in the middle of the shops and restautants, free WiFi in common areas, free breakfast (basic of eggs, toast, cereal and coffee...perfect for me...and its free remember), air conditioning (which I didn't realized we...

If you must stay here it would only be because you are on a very low budget. the language classes have nothing to do with the quality of the hotel. dangerous balconies falling apart, lack luster breakfast & rude staff in the office, air conditioning that is so polluted that i am being medicated for bronchitis, showers and toilets that...

Playa lingua offers an excellent opportunity to be productive by learning spanish in the awesome academic environment that is very conveniently located just a minute or two from your room! But not before you enjoy the delicious daily breakfast that is served to start the day right! After all the learning in the morning one of the worlds best tourist...

I can't believe anyone would be dissapointed in Playa Lingua unless it has drastically changed since I have been there. As a former spanish major I found the classes to be very well put together. There were a variety of different types of travelers. I went during low season so most were European at that time. It makes class very...
