Awesome vacation once again

Once again we were treated like Royalty! This was our third time at "The Royal" now the Hilton. We were welcomed with great smiles and familiar faces! We enjoyed our stay and was great to see our vacation friends.

We will be arriving March 2 and have stayed here at least half dozen times, just wondering if we still have access to what now is Panama Jacks? So excited to arrive!!! Thank you.

If you booked after Nov. 1 2018 you will not have access to Panama Jack's. We were at RPDC (now Hilton) for the 3rd time at the end of January and were able to use Gran Porto (now Panama Jack's) and have never used it in the three times we were there. Were very happy with Hilton PDC, check review. Enjoy

We are arriving March 2 and this year ( this will be our 6 time here, but first time with Hilton) we booked a room with a pool and was wondering if these pools are in the sun all day. We want sun sun sun!!! So excited to arrive and get out of this snow and ice!!! Thank you.

Yes - the sun rises over the sea and sets behind the lobby area - so all of those rooms will have mucho sun all day long... PS - we are Wisconsinites and this friggin winter can't end soon enough! :-)

We will be arriving on 4/11 for a 10 day stay. How much of the resort will be under construction? Will any of the bars and restaurants be closed? Have you resolved the issue with not having Top Shelf alcohol available? Thank you!

At that time we will be still renovating the Chichen Tower, this means that the Mediterranean Restaurant, the Coffee Shop and the thanquil pool are going to be closed. As for the liquors, we continue to offer an international selection of spirits to provide our guests a wide variety of options on an ongoing basis. Thank you.

Hello, I will staying at this lovely resort for the 8th time in June 1st for a week. I would like too have my 3 friends who live in the area visit us for the day. How much is a day pass /night pass and what is the cost/ thank you in advance, looking forward to seeing you.
