Be Tulum is one of the most amazing places I have visited! A very different set up to typical resorts in Mexico for those seeking privacy and some quite time. The place has limited capacity so it is very intimate. The staff are amazing - very friendly and helpful and we had such a great time with them :) The... More

Yes, there was construction going on from 8am to 6pm everyday but you could only hear it in your room. We were considering leaving but the management offered us a discount and we realized that we spend all day at the beach anyway. If this bothers you, be sure to call the hotel to make sure construction is complete. The... More

OMG, this place is amazing. With rooms set in the jungle that were stunning and paths winding down to the most beautiful beach and the Carribean. We were in heaven! The staff were fantastic as was the food and cocktails. Great live music, fantastic weather, the list goes on..... Can't wait to return

The staff were super nice and the jungle/beach setting can't be beat but for $600 per night I did not want to listen to jackhammers, chainsaws, and hammers all day and into the evening. It was so bad that we stayed only one night and moved to another hotel for remainder of trip. The manager, Ana, is a doll and... More

We had just a stop to listen live music which was actually soft and fabulous ; we really enjoy a walk in the white sand, watch the quiet sea add then had the "Romero drink" and fabulous seafood for dinner I need to go back and book that amazing place !

I've just returned from a great 8 night stay at Be Tulum. This was the final part of our honeymoon and the perfect way to relax. The hotel is really unique - nestled in the jungle (pristine, they change the sand so it stays clean!) that opens out onto the cleanest beach. We stayed in a ground floor jungle suite... More

Very nice and preserved hotel we spend a day there 500 pesos per person that you can use in food and drinks it's a very relaxing place no kids no music just the sea sound. We enjoyed a lot. The sea is very clean and nice but you need to be careful the waves are strong

We enjoyed swimming on the beach at Be Tulum, but the accommodations were clearly a significant step down from the prior hotels we'd stayed in on this visit. The room, while large, was very dark and even a little gloomy, and the lighting over the sinks insufficient for personal care needs. The hotel staff seemed far less attentive, and while... More

Came here for a wedding and stayed 2 nights. Wished I had stayed longer. Bar and bar staff was excellent. Wedding went great and the food was top notch. Staff was friendly and is in a great location for multiple different excursions and exploring the area. Quick walk to good restaurants and shopping. Beaches and beach set up was excellent... More
