This hotel is no better than a 4-star on it's very BEST day. It is nowhere close to worth the $900 per night (during the week, not weekend, no less) that we were charged. I don't believe this place is worth more than $350 per night. We initially booked some kind of suite for approx $880 per night. I was...

We were there as day guests to use the beach. The waiters took forever to come to us. The french toast we ordered never arrived instead the waiter told us he forgot to order it and now it was too late to order breakfast. They couldn't find a cocktail menu for us. And then in the end complaint when we...

Beautiful and unique hotel. Stunning location. The perfectly styled grounds provide a very romantic and intimate setting. The food was amazing -Extremely fresh and flavorful! The spicy margaritas are exceptional.

We did not stay at the hotel as we were staying at a home 5 minutes away, however, we eat lunch at Be Tulum several days and were shocked by how they tried to rip us off by adding items to the bill we never ordered. This happened every time we went. They would also upcharge us if we asked...

The best branded hotel in the area remains a top spot, especially since renovations have now been mostly completed. The elevated bar has been increased in size and many water falls have been added. The architecture remains consistent and is modern and works in many new features like steel I-beam designs. The new rooms are done in concrete with simplistic...

This hotel was supposed to be a highlight of our 3 weeks Mexico holiday though was recommended by British friend who stayed here time ago and described it as a clean, luxury and very quiet place. Maybe it was once, but at present it's the worst hotel in Mexico we had. First impression is that the place is very dark...

We read an earlier review warning that this resort had been a building site out of season but we blithely assumed things would be different in the week between Christmas and New Year. Not so. Not only is the adjoining site (which may be under common ownership) a building site, but so is the resort itself, with work on some...

My partner and I came to Be Tulum Hotel during Christmas and we were so disappointed for many reasons. 1. We booked a jungle suite and upon arrival was given a basic room, no jacuzzi, no pool as we were expecting. For $900 a night; we were not expecting a basic room. Upon complaining, the front desk moved us to...

If you like to relax, eat breakfast on the beach (with your feet in the sand), sleep with the AC on, have delicious freshly made juices, fresh fish tacos and great steak - look no more. I walked up and down the beach of Tulum several times and I didn't see one hotel that was comparable to Be Tulum. This...

spent a day here after visiting Tulum ruins. it was very nice: beautiful beach, comfortable chairs, good food and drinks. Had to buy something at the bar or restaurant for 500 pesos but it was easy because we were hungry after our adventures, prices are close to American but everything tastes very good. Wonderful place. the only disadvantage was that...
