The staff were all warm, friendly and very helpful. We had very cute and comfortable free bimes from this property and could explore to our hearts content. Breakfast was tasty and you could upgrade with eggs\espressso. The room was very clean, nicely furnished and comfortable. We had access to a fantastic beach club related to the hotel. The hotel is... The location is not so central as we have in other places in Mexico. We have our rental car and it is OK for us. The room is very nice and clean. We have pool and everything what we need for our stay. If you have car try this accommodation in Tulum.

This place offers value for money and a peaceful location. The rooms are clean and bright with all the facilities you could need. It is on the edge of town but still within walking distance of everything. There are free bikes to help you get around. The breakfast buffet had a fair selection of food. There is a small but... My girlfriend and I booked this place last minute, it was the cheapest place we could find. It's as advertised in the jungle and about a mile and half from Tulum town, surrounded by non tarmac dirt roads (should be noted lots of development/boutique hotels/Condos are being constructed in close proximity) The room was clean, toilet was big. Water is... More

We had a great deal of trouble finding the place because we got in late but the staff came to find us and stayed late to get us settled in! We could not have asked for better care or service! Great people, great town! ❤️ the place was clean and tasteful!

In a really bad location in Tulum is this little oasis. Veautifully kept and run with a big, friendly heart. Nice rooms, very clean and cosy with balcony. The pool area is greatly landscaped and maintained. All of the staff is truly friendly.

Dear Marie, thank you for spending some time positively commenting your stay at Luna Llena Tulum ! According to your valued opinion, the location of our hotel does not seem to be the best, but then just as described, for surely we are trying to develop the concept of living dipped into nature and tranquility, away from everyday stress. That... More

First we were surprised because GoogleMaps tends to show a very different location of the hotel. The room was nice and clean, the staff friendly. However, I cannot imagine a worse location in Tulum. Included bicycles were not available and the breakfast was a hostel-like snack. For paying cash, we didn't need to pay taxes... illegal practice by the hotel,... More

Dear Martin, Thank you for your comments regarding our hotel. With great regret, we learn of your negative experience with the location of the hotel, which is situated in the most natural and pristine spot in the Riviera Maya; many travellers yearn to live a so unique and unforgettable experience in the nature and seek this kind of hotels like... I really liked this little hotel. The service and personnel were amazing! :) I liked how they have a pool and breakfast in the morning. They also show you the rooms, and answer any questions that you have about the hotel and the area. The personnel also give some great suggestions about what to see and where to go. Some... More

2 charming young Italian women run this place. Super friendly and have sweet dogs too! The hotel is new(ish) with modern decor and AMAZING shower by Mexican standarts (i.e water pressure was good and water was hot). Base camp for everything you want to experience in a Tulum town boutique hotel and then some. Sounds like paradise to us. Bienvenidos! Located on Tulum town jungle side, minutes away from the action of Tulum beach strip, Luna Llena is less a "hotel," and more a home away from home where contemporary style resonates throughout the property. Set amidst peaceful tropical gardens and an outdoor pool. The breezy, soothing rooms feature private balconies and a contemporary design.
