We visited just for a weekend night with our two dogs. Firstly, when they say 'Dog friendly' it means they are, the dogs were made welcome from the minute they arrived and unlike many dog friendly hotels there were no stupid strict rules for them. Our room was well appointed and comfortable, and for the price, above and beyond what... More

We chose the Coach and Horses for lunch when we visited nearby Wolferton Station. Received a warm welcome and enjoyed a very nice lunch - well cooked and nicely served, and good value. Coffee and mini pudding also on offer which was lovely. There were several other people eating there, who were obviously regulars (always a good sign) and there... More

My husband and I stayed here on Saturday night before visiting sandringham the next day. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were really friendly, and our room (number 2) was spotlessly clean. It had a comfy bed and best of all the most lovely view of the nearby church. It was so nice to wake up to church bells... More

Ideally placed for exploring this area of Norfolk the Coach and Horses offers clean and comfortable accommodation at a reasonable price. The staff were all friendly and welcoming and the room was clean and warm (unlike the weather). A couple of small niggles - it would have been nice to have a second chair so one of us didn't have... We went for dinner here on recommendation so we're expecting great things. The place was full which is normally a good sign! The simple and functional dining area was welcoming as were the staff and the menu looked inviting. I chose the braised OX cheeks which was excellent if a little rich! My wife went for the liver and bacon... More

My wife and I stayed for a night at the Coach and Horses before our visit to Sandringham House. We were greeted in an extremely friendly manor and shown to our room, which was a very nice double with on-suite. We had a first class meal in the evening and very filling breakfast in the morning. I would recommend a... More

Were staying at Gatton Waters caravan park and decided to look for somewhere to eat rather than cook for ourselves. We had passed the place a couple of times previously so decided to call in and see if we could also take our Jack Russell, Molly as well. No problem, we had a table right by the bar, Molly had... Love this pub, we visit whenever we are in the area. The staff and regulars are really friendly and the food is superb. My husband absolutely loves their fish pie . Good food, reasonable prices and well kept beer. This is a proper local pub, where everyone is made to,feel welcome , cannot recommend it enough!

Staff friendly Food after reading reviews expected something tasty! No joy Fish pie over priced £12.50 sloppy, could not taste anything apart from potato. No white fish, a few prawns and salmon bits dreadful. The veg that came with the meal was overcooked and cold. Sorry that I could not give a better review I just had to be honest... More

This pub has 3 rooms. Room 2 is a double overlooking the church at Dersingham, no need to pull the curtains, a lovely view. The only issue for us in the room was an uncomfortable bed, unfortunately we struggled to get a good sleep. The mattress could do with being deeper. The room was very clean and bright, excellent towels... More
