I agree with other reviewers that the hotel doesn't quite look like the photos. The photos make it look super modern and new, but when you arrive, you can see it is aging a bit. That being said, it was clean and we didn't really have any issues with it, but we were only staying 1 night. The restaurant and servers were very friendly and the food we had at dinner was delicious. Breakfast was a standard Italian buffet (nothing mind-blowing, but not bad either).
We booked a specific room on booking and then received messages that that room wasn't available and we had to pay 20euros more for another room. Since we were driving, we didn't see the message but found out at check in. I found it quite strange that instead of just giving us an upgrade, they insisted on charging us the 20euros.

A very comfortable and relaxing night. We arrived late in the evening around 21:00 and was warmly welcomed by the lady hotel director who kindly offered us dinner until 21:30 but we had already ate. In our large suite we enjoyed a few dessert items from the restaurant which was standard items but very tasty! The suite was very well appointed with a great living/dining area, lots of storage, spacious bathroom and kitchen. Breakfast in the morning was a standard continental affair and we appreciated the salmon being in the buffet. All staff members we encountered were friendly, professional and willing to help. Check out was efficient and effective and the receptionist even offered a bottle of water for the journey home. Even though we stayed one night I would recommend.

Hotel was great . Room was huge with a kitchen sleigh a dishwasher , a lounge , bedroom , huge bathroom with 2 toilets in ! . We had 2 tv areas in room too .

Breakfast was good and service was excellent too
We are in the restaurant in the evening and to food was delicious
Very peaceful area . Bus 5 min walk away into Bolzano in 20 mins very easy

Very nice rooms, looks like small apartments.. have a small kitchen and you can separate it with a door if you want.. good breakfast and we had nice dinner.. staff is friendly and helpful.. Location is in the middle of apple yard.. is it nice quiet place. :) Hotel is dog friendly.. we paid 8,5 eur per dog per day :) Parking is free they have a garage.

Very responsive to emails regarding booking. Friendly and helpful staff both at reception and in the restaurant. Stayed in one of the Napura Suites. Large living room with well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Separate bedroom with own TV. Comfortable bed. Clean and modern bathroom. Balcony with a lovely room of surrounding orchards and mountains. (Shame about the pylon). Electric external shutters and air-conditioning. Only issue was that we found lighting in bedroom and bathroom somewhat dim and the light switches somewhat complicated (could be an age thing!). Breakfast buffet was excellent. Everything was fresh and constantly replenished. Guests able to juice their own vegetables and fruit. Evening meal was also excellent. The steak melted in mouth. Both fish dishes (Tuna and salmon) were tasty and well presented. Free parking. Somewhat out of city but Tourist card allows free use of public transport. Bus stop five minutes away with buses going into and retruning from city centre every 15 minutes. Takes about 25 minutes. Only negatives were having to check out at 10 am. Also be aware that cannot get food in hotel over lunchtime - this is stated on website so we were warned! Room was above the restaurant which was a little noisy - I think it was the juicer! Would ask for a room second floor upwards

Perfect start of our roadtrip in Italiy. Very friendly staf and very good and much variety of breakfast. From the hotel you can go visit Bolzano en Merano you must visit these cities. Diner tip, make a reservation at Patauner, very tasty Italiaan food.

While visiting the area to visit Christmas markets in Bolzano and Merano, we stayed at Napura. We were very pleased with our visit. Parking was easy in the underground garage. The hotel was pet friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was delicious. The evening snack was a welcome surprise. The area around the hotel was peaceful. My husband used the spa area on one of the nights and said it was very relaxing. I would stay again if visiting the area.

Can't say enough good things about this hotel. It is nestled in a quiet location just outside of Bolzano, surrounded by apple orchards and wine vineyards. The food was amazing. The roof top pool and spa are relaxing with fantastic views from all directions. Very close to a beautiful bike path from Merano to Bolzano. The hotel is conveniently situated between the 2 cities.

Excellent hotel, new, modern, equipped with all comforts. Ideal for disconnecting from the stress of everyday life. Being outside the center of Bolzano (about 6/7 km), surrounded by nature, it truly represents an oasis of peace and tranquility. Varied and plentiful breakfast. The SPA area was splendid, the only flaw was that the heated swimming pool on the terrace was closed and in repair. I would have liked to have been informed at the time of booking because it significantly compromises the wellness area, especially for those like me who love hydromassage. Maybe I would have postponed the weekend date. My opinion remains absolutely positive, although I am disappointed not to have used this service, which is rather exclusive in the area and which had attracted my interest in the structure.

I was here during Xmas period for two nights in 2021 and everything was perfect. Position: in a very quiet place between Merano and Bolzano (only 30 minutes faraway). Wonderful breakfast with all the food you can desire but most of all spectacular rooms! Very large space with rooms that are practically apartments with a dining zone with sofa, table and kitchen and outdoor terrace with sunbeds; comfortable bedroom and fantastic bathroom with a shower with stones floor. At the top of the building relax zone with sunbeds (should be fantastic also in summer time) and wellness area. Moreover very nice building combining wood, art and mountains characteristics. Very kind people both @ reception and breakfast area.

L'hotel non dispone di un parco giochi o animazione per quello che ho potuto vedere. Ho avuto l'impressione che sia rivolto più ad una clientela adulta. In ogni caso nel periodo in cui abbiamo alloggiato noi ho visto anche bambini (1/10 anni) con i genitori.
