Not only an intriguing architectural concept that doesn't let an inch of the available space go to waste, Valtos was perfect. Our 2-bedroom studio was spacious, with a balcony and a breathtaking view of the sea and Parga Castle, the food was incredible, it was quiet (although there is pool-action during the day, the location the room meant we were shielded by any noise), the people were more than friendly and ready to help with whatever you need and you can see there is attention to every little detail, by people who care. Its location is just steps away from the actual beach (you just cross the road and you're there!), the visual style of the furnishings is modern with some classic elements and the overall experience is more than positive, its memorable! We stayed there during the Orthodox Easter celebration of 2024 (May 3rd to May 6th) and are were more than happy to return during a future vacation in the Parga-Syvota region.

This is the third time we have stayed in this wonderful family run hotel over the last 14 years. We received a warm welcome from Kristos and all the staff as we stepped off the coach 1130pm. The restaurant stayed open to serve us food. Our suitcases were carried by staff to our spacious family room which had a view of green sea and the castle on the hill. We had a lovely sunny balcony above the gardens with lemon and olive trees and pink Bougainvillea cascading through the trunks. Roses, greenery, and the sweetest birdsong. A massage was table below our room with all types of massage. The warm atmosphere from all the staff made it feel like home from home and it has been a privilege to know the hospitality of such a wonderful family with Grandparents, grandchildren and the owners. I can't forget the kind house keepers who cleaned the rooms and changed beds daily with attention to detail. The pool was delicious in the heat! The food served to a high standard. Breakfast abundant and a chef to prepare your eggs as you choose. Tortoises 🐢 living in one area were a cute surprise. You need good vision and knees to climb the many stairs to the rooms. Other people have mentioned the beach bar, so I won't, needless to say all the staff are wonderful and helpful. On leaving day cases can be carried down and stored in the cool reception where there are fresh towels and shower facilities. Thank you once again to Kristos and family for a lovely holiday.

The hotel is beautiful, modern, clean and located on the beach although you have to climb a few stairs.
The staff at the Hotel, the restaurant, the beachfront restaurant and the service at the beach are super friendly and walk around regularly so you can order a nice drink or lunch. They also regularly collect the used cups so that it stays neat.
The management seems good for the staff and is present a lot.
The food is very good!!! This all comes from the same kitchen in the hotel. Respect for the service and cook.
*Only 1 minus and that is important!!* There are too few beds on the beach. If you come after 10:00, no cot. The hotel had to remove about 30-50 beds from the municipality halfway through our 1st week. No permit? Didn't pay for it? Bathers lead below. We now see that people have to wait at the entrance. Unfortunately, they still allow non-hotel guests. That's a bad thing.
The friendliness will make you notice throughout the region. The Greeks know how to spoil the tourist.

We had the most wonderful stay at this lovely hotel. We had a studio room which was very nice. It was cleaned daily and was very comfortable. The best thing about the room however was the incredible panoramic view we had of the sea and Parga castle. It really was mesmerising! The only downside to our room was the WIFI was terrible. We couldn’t get any kind of signal at all inside the room, we had to sit on the balcony any time we wanted to check emails or browse the web which really wasn’t ideal.
The pool area is very nice but isn’t the biggest. Because of this, it would be good if they enforced the no reserving of sunbeds as it says on the signs. Very annoying to come down and see most of the sunbeds with towels on them but people nowhere to be seen. The beach is very nice too, but as the sunbeds I assume are owned by the hotel, it seems a bit harsh to charge their guests for the use of them. They do this in the way that each person has to spend €10 on food and drink.
The staff were all so friendly and helpful which made us feel very welcome. Food at the hotel was also lovely and we enjoyed everything we had there. We often had dinner in town which is about a 10/15 min walk. I think the walk looks much steeper than it actually is, so don’t he put off by it, it’s worth the effort!!
We would absolutely return to this fab hotel, we really enjoyed our stay and have fallen in love with Parga. Can’t wait to go back!!

I could have stayed forever, what a little gem this place is- highly recommend The hotel is lovely, stunning views of the most beautiful bay, i could see the sea and hear the waves lapping the shore from our room Staff all amazing, Dimitris our barman made our holiday and we sat and chatted almost every evening after we had been out for dinner. They were all great Angelos , Alex, Maria and Jess, the reception staff, the guys in the beach restaurant, the original owner who we spoke to every morning at breakfast- feels like a proper family run hotel. Food was fantastic, we had lunch almost daily at the beach restaurant and a couple of evening meals in middle restaurant. There is a choice of 3 places to eat up top where you have breakfast in the morning, a lovely restaurant in front of the hotel and the beach restaurant in front of that. Alternatively you can have lunch brought to your sunbed , these are free but a minimum spend of €10 each , my only negative here is that you have to have lunch on your sunbed and it didn't include eating in the beach restaurant which we preferred to do so we stayed at the pool most days. The walk over to Parga town harbour was up a very steep hill and down lots of steps the other side which was a bit of a killer but a taxi is only €6 and even better is the taxi boat for same price, Huge choice of restaurants, lovely views of the harbour and lots of cute shops We did the boat trip to Paxos which was lovely and hired a car one day which was also great as this is a beautiful part of Greece to see. Anastasia our Tui rep was fantastic and organised everything for us We will definitely be back one day i was sad to leave

What a wonderful stay at Hotel Valtos Beach. Nice clean room with a sea view. Beach opposite the hotel has comfortable beds with umbrellas. No fixed rental amount, but you are expected to consume €10.00 worth of food and drinks per bed. Staff ensures that your food and drinks are neatly served at your bed. Unfortunately, laying down a towel is also a habit here. Breakfast is ample and the restaurant serves delicious dishes. What is not clearly described in the brochures, the hotel does have a beach towel service. Location to the beach is great, to the village a brisk walk with a slope. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and are willing to go the extra mile to ensure guests have a fantastic stay.

Overall the Valtos Beach hotel was great. Very welcoming, clean, comfortable and great views. However I had one big issue that I was very disappointed about. I had specifically booked the Grand Suite (described on their website as having 2 double rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 TVs, living room area and large terrace) as we were there with our son and daughter in law for a special occasion. Having paid extra for this room I was very disheartened to be given the 2 bed apartment with only 1 bathroom, 1 TV and a tiny balcony. The staff at the hotel insisted that this was the Grand Suite when clearly it wasn't and they must have double booked or something. Eventually they refunded the difference between the cost of the Grand Suite and the 2 bed apartment, however I was left disappointed as I had specifically booked what I thought would be something very special. The hotel should check their booking system and be sure to give customers what they booked.

We stayed in room 132 which had two spacious bedrooms and a lovely big terrace with a view of the sea. The hotel was an excellent base for a stay in Valtos. The staff were very friendly and helpful, special shout out to the young man who delivered drinks during the day and who served with a smile and remembered my favourite tropical smoothie.
The hotel is a stones throw away from a beautiful beach. You can choose to hire sun loungers for the day or sit at the end where it’s sandy. The hotel serves great food and there are other places to eat if you fancy a change by walking up the hill to the Parga main town.
The walk is around 10 minutes or the water taxi is quite fun - €3 per person. The housekeeping team are excellent and very hard working, a clean room every day feels like such a luxury. Although not a small hotel it has a great family feel and never felt crowded.
I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel, we hope to return soon!

We stayed for a week via Tui, we were given a two bedroom apartment and woke up to the most beautiful view. The apartment was extremely clean, there was a fridge and whilst we didn’t use them, it had a kettle, sandwich maker and even a food processor. The sheets and towels were changed every two days.
Breakfast was good with lots of variety. We ate at the Atki restaurant one evening and had lunch on a couple of days, all food was of a very high standard.
We always got a bed by the pool when we wanted one but there are other beds in the grounds and on the terrace. The sun loungers on the beach we’re 15 euro for two of us but were very comfortable and had a big shade.
Pool/beach towels are provided along with a beach bag.
There are showers/changing rooms if you have a late flight which we used
The owners could be seen around the hotel and you can tell that it is well looked after and cared about.
It is built in a hillside so there are a lot of steps.
Parga is beautiful, we will definitely return.

The hotel is clean and there was lots of choice at breakfast, including a cooking station for various eggs- I had scrambled and it was delicious! We were right at the top of the hotel and whilst there were lots of steps (98!), the view was lovely and it was very quiet. The room was cleaned every day, as were all the outside areas. Reception staff were very helpful and pleasant. The sun beds on the beach were very comfortable and you get beach towels as well. The beach is pebbly so bring some beach shoes. The waiter and waitresses were brilliant, especially Marianna and Aphrodite, who couldn’t do enough to help. The food was tasty and well priced. We took the water taxi a few times to the old town but mostly walked up the hill. We thought the restaurants at the top were better than the ones in the old town. Try the trip to the Akeron river- 16€ and well worth it!
All in all this was a great hotel and we had a fabulous holiday !

The beach is just outside the hotel ,not many steps down from the main restaurant. We had a sea view room and it was fantastic but we had alot of stairs .They do ground floor rooms but no lifts .Was worth it for the view but if you have mobilty issues ground floor would be best x

No the charge for the beach beds are controlled by the local council.
But they do have a waiter to bring drinks.
We found it a really good place apart from all the steps
Have a great time
There are more places to choose from in the Parga area.
