Nothing fancy, but a very convenient location. Just to the left after entering San Miguel Centro. Easy to access with a car! And a parking lot that is on the hotel grounds and secured with a locked gate. If you're driving in, I would highly recommend the Monteverde. Our rooms were toasty even though the night time temperatures were in...

Stayed at this hotel during my first visit to San Miguel. Beautiful grounds and restaurant open for breakfast. Room was hot and humid due to small windows. Room has no microwave nor fridge. Check in wasn't until 3PM and we literally waited in the lobby for hours until that check in time. Staff is not friendly. Each time I asked...

Beautiful hacienda style hotel. The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable of the area. It is within walking distance to the center of town. Which is far away from the noise but close enough for all the fun.

I stayed for five nights in early September 2016. The location is fine. The courtyard is stunning and the restaurant is cozy and welcoming. The waitstaff was wonderful and helpful. The staff at the front desk was fine. The hotel is not in the center of town but close enough. I booked this hotel because it was close to where...

The rooms were simple, yet nice and comfortable. We had complementary breakfast that consisted of scrambled eggs with your choice of ham/sausage/or/bacon, beans, tortillas, coffee and juice or fruits salad. At night the hotel and its surroundings were very quiet and calm, so we never had difficulties sleeping (the mattress was very soft). The hotel's decoration is very rustic-Mexican, with a...

We stayed at this hotel for two nights, April 17-19 and we encountered the following: - cleanliness and maintenance is definitely not a priority for them, from stained sofas at the lobby to dirty bathrooms, many examples can be found. - the toilet leaked YUK! We asked them to fix it and they didn't do it, next night we came...

The hotel is at a good spot in the town, near downtown. But it really was a bad experience to be afraid of taking a shower because water was so cold as the weather. The parking lot is so small that you can barely get your car out of the hotel by th early in the morning.

Poor service and commodities. They gave us rooms on the third floor, no elevators and refused to change us even though we have a baby. Very small and hot rooms, with no air conditioning (in a town that has an average 25ºC all year) isn't good, but when you ask they give you a small cheap-motel-worth fan that you have...
