The hotel was absolutely excellent, clean and welcoming, with the most beautiful views over the bay. We were given an upgrade to a balcony room and it was beautiful. Views throughout the hotel were glorious. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, it felt nothing was too much trouble. The only reason I haven't given a 5* rating is it is very very tricky to get to the hotel on foot. There is a great bus service that runs from the main road about 5 mins from the hotel but it is up a steep hill, which if you can find the shortcut to the hotel is steep and has a lot of steps. The other was is along a very busy, quite narrow road with no pavements, it was very stressful and we gave up in the end. A taxi from St Helier was only £10 so we did this a couple of times. It is definitely not doable for anyone with accessibility challenges or not in good health. Such a pity it was the only negative of the whole stay.…

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Set up high above the bay views were magnificent. The paths and steps were manageable. Service, food and drink were of a very high standard as were the staff.

Stayed for 7 nights and had dinner each evening. Food was varied and well presented. Refreshing change to stay somewhere where everything was just right. Both staff and facilities were well presented and would be happy to stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff, who were always on hand to help. Our room had a great view over the bay towards St Aubin. Great location for exploring the island.

This was a lovely hotel to stay in, it was clean. The staff were excellent and the views were second to none. The food was also really good and the portion sizes were very large,We would happily stay at this hotel again.

Stayed for 4 nights bed and breakfast on our first visit to Jersey. Room was very nice with beautiful view and very comfortable bed. Our big disappointment was the food.We expected to eat in a dining room and have well presented food, unfortunately that was not the case.The photographs on the website bare no resemblance to the food we experienced which was a big disappointment.

The hotel Cristina is in a good convenient location with its own parking. Beautiful coastal views from the rooms and terraces. The staff were all freindly and polite. The hotel is clean, dry with lots of hot water. The beer was cold, so whats not to like.
