My wife & myself, stopped here for a few days last year, to celebrate a special birthday. The Guest House, rooms, were immaculately clean, the breakfasts were amazing and the owners were so welcoming, nice & pleasant. A very enjoyable stop & highly recommend.

Clean and tidy B&B. Having two rooms as one is a rarity but is a great idea. The breakfasts are typically English but are of wonderfully large portions. The couple running this great b&b are so very approachable and a great sense of humour.

No wonder its rated as the number 1 in Llanfairfechan. All the reviews are spot on. Welcoming hosts Paul and Sharon gave just the right degree of support without hovering over us. We had a room on the second floor and my concern about struggling up with two suitcases was immediately banished by Paul telling me he would carry them up for me as soon as we approached the steps to the front door. Our room was large, bright, comfortable and spotless with views of Anglesey and Puffin Island to the left and the distant Great Orme to the right plus a great skyscape. You'll have read of the well stocked frig, tea/coffee facilities, and snacks and such like, the very high quality ensuite bathroom, and the excellent breakfasts. We chose the full English, one option of very many, and didn't need anything else until our evening meal at the nearby Split Willow restaurant. One additional item was a pair of Nikon binoculars which enabled me to see passing shipping and landscape in detail and a handy telescope in its own frame, which I enjoyed using. Paul and Sharon thoroughly deserve all the plaudits in Trip Advisor, they provide absolutely first class , quiet and peaceful holiday accommodation, despite being quite close to both the A55 and the railway, we could not hear any sound from either of them.…

Well we (The better half, Pop and myself) returned to Min y Don and have always had a lovely time and this was no exception. Always there to help and advise both Sharon and Paul are exceptional hosts with fabulous local knowledge. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with fantastic sea views, all sorts of teas, coffee’s cakes, biscuits, sweets and a fridge with milk, orange juice, apple juice and my wife’s favorite Presseco. This really is a gem, a must if your visiting North Wales and to use as a base. The MinY Don is truly my favourite place I really can’t put into words how amazing it is.

Absolutely stunning place to stay at,Sharon and Paul are excellent hosts, just the right amount of friendliness and great interaction and humour. The views from our room (Great Orme) were incredible and the sunset/sunrise was an absolute treat. The breakfasts were amazing, plentiful, varied and very well presented/cooked, we didn't need to eat again until the evening. There was a refrigerator in our room stocked with orange and apple juice, bottled water and fresh milk, even a small bottle of prosecco! Car parking available at the property also. Cannot think of 1 negative and have now ran out of superlatives (almost) BRILLIANT!!

Fantastic B & B. What a great place to stay. Made very welcome by Sharon and Paul who go that extra mile to make and ensure your stay is perfect. Very comfortable beds and the room nicely furnished, great sea view and loads of added extras including mini fridge and milk, water, fruit juices replenished every day. Varied hot drinks and biscuits. Great variety of food at breakfast cooked to perfection. Plenty information of local interest. On site parking. Looking forward to a return visit.

WOW!! We knew it was going to be nice from the picture but when we got there it was even better than we imagined! Plenty of parking space, beautiful room, amazing scenery!!!! And right on our doorstep so we kept going to watch the sunset on the beach! At breakfast we mentioned we was driving to aber falls and paul brought out his map and shown us how we could walk there and it was such a helpful and lovely idea walking along the coast!! (Little did I know my partner loved that idea more as he proposed to me at aber falls!!) So thank you paul and sharon for a very memorable stay! Will for sure be coming back and reliving that walk to aber falls for an anniversary!:) xxx

Wow! We were here for 3 nights. An amazing stay. We were in the Great Orme room which is very spacious with fabulous views. The rooms have mini fridge so you have fresh milk, orange juice, cold water and prosecco on tap. There is a good range of biscuits and good quality tea, coffee and hot chocolate on offer. The furniture is interesting and comfortable. You have to pre-book breakfast and say what time you want it which works well. Breakfast well above average. The hosts are so friendly. They have recommendations of where to go and where to eat. You are welcome to eat takeaways in their dining room. They have some very interesting clocks. Definitely a place to consider. We will be going back.
