GOOD: Location and breakfast buffet are okay. BAD: It seems the hotel is getting an update. The entree of the hotel and our room are modern, but it seems they forgot (or still have to do) the bathroom. That part is not up to date anymore. The hotel was also noisy comparing to other 3 and 4 star hotels we...

When entering the hotel the reception is bright and well furnished but the rooms do not reflect this first impression, unfortunately.... Old and basic furniture, not so much attention for details...but for one night it could be ok. Point in favor: breakfast! Big, very rich, bread, chocolate and so on and the breakfast room in minimal but very nice and...

The hotel has a new building, which have nice room with a view. The front desk staff was friendly and worked fast on checkin. Good breakfast and average dinner buffet. Good location in the center of the village.

We stayed in the new section of the hotel. It's extremely quiet, with none of the noise problems we have encountered in other Norwegian hotels. Great views from the rooms. Sleep quality with very good. The rooms are modern and clean. The restaurant serves a buffet dinner, which was welcome after a day of hiking in the mountains. Breakfast was...

We stayed here while travelling by train through Scandinavia. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the train station and is set beautifully overlooking the stunning scenery. We had a look in a room in the old part of the hotel and must admit that the new part is streets ahead, especially if you get a room with a...

Hi, we stayed for just one night, but I would like to give a good review to this hotel. Its new and clean of course. Our day here became a really exiting one, as we got some maps of the marked footpaths in the area. Usually only available at the tourist office, which opens later in the season. The hotel...

A hotel for stop over. Nice room n the new department of the hotel. Then dinner from 19:00. I had look forward to a nice dinner at a Norwegian hotel with a chef. Instead they served an awful boring buffeet with so extremely boring and overcooked food.

We stayed in this hotel while driving from Oslo to Trondheim. Though apparently in the middle of nowhere, this hotel looked new, was nicely furnished in modern nordic style. The rooms was nice, comfortable and clean. Breakfast not superb, though. Just basic items, no sweets at all, and not really inviting as a breakfast buffet should be.

We chose this hotel because it is at a hub for different directions for tourist visiting Norway: towards western region and north and southern part of Norway. After arrival we went to the restaurant, but the choices were limited: only buffet was avaiable. The staff duties seemed to be taken care with only unexperienced young people for the duties. Next...

The hotel looked brand new and the room was outstanding. It was clean, comfortable and had a nice view (we even saw two moose from our room). The personnel, however, was all but enthusiastic and the breakfast was the poorest we had on our Norway trip. For example, at 8 am there was only old bread, and by the time...
