We love our visits to Hacienda Encantada. We had a wonderful time down there as a family. We had particularly great service from Ricardo Salmeron at the La Pergola and the Tequlia Bar, our favorite sommelier in training Dorian Garcia at Trajinera and the Tequila...More

Firs of all, thank you so much for taking a few minutes to share your experience with other travelers. Maybe you'd like to go whale watching when you return on January! We'll be definitely waiting for you next year.
All the best,
The resort boasts breathtaking views. Staff are friendly and helpful. Our accommodations were very clean and well maintained. Housekeeping even showed up during tropical storm Bud! The food wasn't as good as I was expecting. Items on the menu weren't the same as what you...More

Having never been to a resort, most of this experience was new to me.
This resort is a place you won’t want to leave, but it’s also not easy to leave. Getting to/from the airport or downtown, or San Jose del Cabo is expensive.

All inclusive is AWESOME. It’s the only way to go! Otherwise, you are always paying for things and worried about currency, tips, etc.. You’re on vacation. Who wants to worry about the details?! There are restaurants in downtown Cabo San Lucas at which you flash your all inclusive wrist band and “bingo” just write down your room number! 😀 The food at participating restaurants is delicious. As is the food at Hacienda Encantada. I think if you didn’t do all inclusive, you’d end up paying more and always be worried. So, sign up for the all inclusive and relax and enjoy yourself.
