Booked a junior suite. Centrally located, just off the main plaza, right across from the cathedral with two entrances, one directly to the lobby and the other through the restaurant. The hotel is in a very old and charming building. The suite is very large and busy with all…
I've stayed two nights in this hotel. +: - just beautiful: a 17th century building, recently renovated, with a very nice decoration, a lot of paintings and scultpures - very spacious rooms: 70 sqm at least, with 5 meter ceilings - a lot of goodies (Piñeda Covalin bathroom…

This visit was by far one of the most pleasant stays I've had in Morelia. The service, modern décor and eatery were superb. The representatives were very knowledgeable about all aspects of Morelia. This is an excellent property right in the Historic Centre of Morelia.
Stayed there for three nights and not once slept despite the ear plugs that were offered to us. Beautiful view but definately would NEVER stay in that room ever again. Travellers should be aware of what they should expect. There are much better options in Morelia for that price.
"ask for a window !!"
"The top rooms are lovely although noisy if you leave the patio door open."
"The Master Suites are the nicest rooms but are open to the cathedral and the bells. If bells bother you then book a regular suite."
"We did not stay at the hotel. We just happened upon the restaurant. We were sceptical about being touted at on the sidewalk."
"I really don't think that there could be a bad room...but I do know that Room # 10 is beautiful...."
