Loved the restaurant last February. On return visit to Puebla now we have gotten the pleasure of the hotel. Our accommodation was lovely, inviting and roomy. The time spent here was wonderful. Can't say enough for all the staff which made our visit so special.

This hotel is in a great location, walking distance from the Zocalo and a short drive to most of the rest of the city. The service is definitely first rate. We were there during a very busy holiday season and one of the nights we had a reservation for a very popular restaurant. When the desk Mgr. called to order...

We stayed here for 3 nights and overall had an excellent stay. Specifically we loved our spacious and clean room - the decor is bare and is a combination of modern and old Spanish style. Positives - Excellent location - you can walk to the zocalo, centro, historico, and many other places very very easily. Also, buses to CAPU run...

This hotel is great. It isn't pricey, and the location can't be beat. You can walk to the center of town in ten minutes, and there is a shopping center across the street from the hotel. Great place to stay. Only problem is there is a nice pool but it's chilly!!!

I stayed here only 1 night, but really loved the place. Location is very convenient, about 15 minutes walking from the Zocalo. The hotel has a restaurant with a good variety of delicious Mexican food. I tried the agave worms (gusanos de magey). The room itself was huge, and simply but beautifully decorated. The big bathtub was a plus. Only...

Stayed here on business. The hotel is clean and tidy and the staff are very helpful and efficient. The rooms are all large and nicely decorated. The restaurant was good and very reasonably priced. There is a very basic gym on the top floor with a pool and Jacuzzi although I didn't use these. There was a function in the...

The hotel is all looks but that's it. The room I had (104) was very large, well appointed, great bathroom. That's it. The staff is clueless, give faulty information, and have no interest in being helpful. Because the hotel is pretty, it hosts lots of events. You know what that means for you? Noise. Lots of noise. The place is...

Close to the city center, this is very nice boutique hotel with big rooms, a nice rooftop pool and even a little running track on the roof, from where you have a beautiful view at night. Staff has been very helpful and friendly. The restaurant they have is very good and prices are reasonable. We had dinner there twice.

Really nice hotel, walking distance from downtown Puebla. There are some street markets in the way so you enjoy the walk. The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The restaurant has really good food and good service. I will totally go back to this hotel any time.

Our visit to this beautiful hotel was much anticipated but was a slight disappointment in the following ways: The included continental breakfast was all starch and sugar. The second day we ordered an egg dish so that we could start our day with a little protein! The 3rd day we ate out. The waiters were efficient but rather unfriendly. The...
