Stayed here for three nights since my luggage was lost. Nice facilities, ok location, and a very helpful guy at reception. Helped me with getting my luggage back and even spoke a bit of English so he was able to communciate with my parents. The rooms are specious and clean and the patio is nice and relaxing.

We absolutely loved our stay here, so much that we stayed an extra 2 nights! Our room was clean and really comfortable. The shower was fantastic - great pressure and always hot.The location was perfect for us as it was about a 10 minute walk to the main square. The staff were lovely (really helpful and informative). They have a...

We made a reservation using orbitz for my mother in law. She showed up and they didn't honor the reservation. Not even an apology. After calling Orbitz they say they could not communicate with the hotel since nobody speaks English there. Such a fraud.

A little bit north of Puebla's centro historico is this spotlessly clean and comfortable little jewel of a hotel. I paid roughly $40 US which I thought represented extremely good value. My room was quiet and the wifi was reliable and lightning-fast - probably the best wifi I've used anywhere in Mexico. The shower had very good heat and water...

So, what was good about El Capitan? Well, the location, at the edge of the centre, isn't bad. It's only a 20-min walk to the Zocolo but after a full day of sightseeing we found it a bit daunting to go out again in the evening. It's very clean and great staff. They provide a bit of a breakfast but...

I made a reservation online thru Booking.com o avoid fooling around half the day in this big city finding a suitable apartment room for 3 days. When I arrived no on spoke any English or knew about my reservation and didn't seem to be able to comprehend my confirmation document. I waited for some manager to drive over and tell...

We found this to be a pretty and pleasant place to stay, with gracious and helpful hosts. It is clean, and we appreciated the little hotel touches like bottled water, iron and hair dryer, and free coffee and cookies. The staff is happy to give local recommendations or book tours. The location is fine; it's a little walk to the...

Great price for what you get, which is quite good. Bed and linens excellent, bathroom fine (although a little fluctation in shower water temp...brrr!), good location (easy ten minute walk to the Zocalo)...no breakfast offered but VIPs is a ten minute walk...flat screen TV, channel selection, wifi, room lighting all good. Asked for the price for an airport pickup and...

My partner and I made reservations here for our three night stay in Puebla and were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived! It's not overly obvious that it's a hotel from the outside so do pay attention to the instructions on how to get there and keep your eyes peeled, it also helped me to look at the pictures of...

We loved this hotel! Set in an old abandoned building just 6 blocks from El Zocalo (5 - 10 min walk in a safe area). The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms (we were on the ground floor) were spacious and so clean. The roof terrace is lovely and has amazing views. The wifi is very reliable...
