Great staff. The GM jijo is very very good person. Helped us and provided as per what we wanted. If you want to just relax this is the hotel. No activities in the hotel yet . Pure relaxing watching vembanad lake. Nearest house boat is kumarakom. Anup - the F&B manager is also very sweet guy . If there are any special requests tell him in advance he will make it happen. Overall good 2 nights stay . Rooms are spacious and good .

Great experience. Wonderfull staff..good food..the reception was very welcoming...plz do ask for abhijith at the reception coz he was very helpfull and was of great service. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

Property was fine, but there are many area needs to be improved for winning repeated customers 1- Room did have bath kit , no comb, paste, slippers! 2-Room didn't feel freshness 3-There was no mood music as all resort runs mood music 4-Pool didn't have safety rope or rings for kids 5-There was no seats for Pool access room ! 6-There was no Hotel signage found at the Gate, especially when the door is closed 7-No food Menu found in the room, as well as No SPA Rate card 8- Restaurant didn't have much food choice or spreads, and no music there also 9-Breakfast Buffet was very stingy , there wasn't much wide range of food choices 10-There was no seats for Pool access room ! however, you have wonderful people like Anu at F&B, Abhijith front desk, Madhu at Pool I worked in Travel industry for more than 25 years and I had chance to explore more resorts and Hotels in Major cities in Middle east as well as Europe Far East and Australia..etc, also worked with American Express Travel over 20 yrs! Amazing stay! Loved the staff. Such clean rooms. Seemless check in and very prompt service. As a General Manager myself I think the staff you have hired are very professional and want to go above and beyond. The hotel is currently going through renovations but it wasn't an issue during our stay. The only one thing that I found a little bit out dated was their spa however I was assured that they are working on it and it would be up and running before my next visit in November! I cannot wait to go back and see what else this property has to offer. 100% recommend lemon tree. Special mention to Mr. TINO,Mr. Budhin, Mr. SUNU, Ms Neethu and Mr. Amrito. The General Manager came to see us off the next day and it is always a pleasure to receive such personalized service.

I have been to hotel recently with my friends & family.. it was very rare where you get to experience such amazing hospitality. The staff were very professional & welcoming. One of the finest property around Alleppey. Restaurant had an excellent hospitality special thanks to Mr Anu he took care us as well as other guests so well with what kind of food required. Rooms are very well maintained with traditional attire. We did take Spa services which was one more excellent example for us to visit again! Thank you Lemon tree team for taking such good care of us.

Overrated,poorly maintained property.We went with my elderly parents and the geyser was not working and they brought a bucket of hot water from the kitchen. Too many insects in the room and damp toilets.I wouldn't recommend this property to anyone. There is not even a toilet mat and the kettle was not working. Horrible experience. Only good thing was a kind F & B manager

We were on a vacation trip to Lemontree Vembanad Lake Resort. The lake view ambience was amazing. The rooms were neat and tidy. Service provided by Mr.Anu was top notch. He catered to all our needs in a timely manner. Enjoyed the stay here.
