We enjoyed our 4 nights at Rainbow lodge. The location is stunning and the river was so wonderful to swim and play in. I would have to agree with a previous review, the food was amazing, abundant and of a 5 star standard. However, while the lodgings were comfortable they were not of the same 5 star standard. The staff...

The Tatia river is one of the few rivers in Cambodia we came across that is still clean and has a pleasant smell with wonderful ecotourism potential. The rainbow lodge is perfectly positioned for this. They include their meals as part of their rate and believe me you don't want to miss out on any of them. I do however...

We have been travelling a lot! And this place is really one of the best we have seen in 30 year of travelling! Great location and a lot of jungle-feeling! We rented canoes for 1 day with a local guide (cheap) and this day was also one of the best in my life! Beatiful, exciting, marvellous! If you are near...

We took a detour from phenom penh to siem reap that went through Koh Kong then Battambang. More on Battambang later, but Rainbow was five hours taxi in, eleven hours taxi out, and worth it! Highlights? I loved the bug walk with Gee. We were supposed to go for four hours, both sides of the river, but after five hours...

I can only say good things about Rainbow Lodge. If you like the outdoors and aren't too bothered about losing some of the comforts in life (i.e. hot water) then this lodge is a must visit. The huts are clean, spacious and comfortable. The restaurant/bar area is lovely and the included food was fantastic. All the staff are friendly and...

We spent 3 nights at rainbow lodge buried in the jungle a short boat ride from tatai. We enjoyed our stay very much, it was unlike anything we have ever done before. The lodge was exactly as advertised, with it being an Eco lodge there was no air conditioning or warm water. So beware if you are expecting a luxurious...

A wonderful oasis of calm, out in the jungle, just off the Tatai river. Accessible by a short boat trip, you are really surrounded by the sights and sounds of Cambodia's flora and fauna. There are seven wooden bungalows, raised on stilts from the jungle floor, with a central restaurant/bar/relaxing area. The lodge strives to ecological and community sensitivity, so...

The lodge includes 7 nice bungalows which are nice and cute. Since the owner tries to live ecologically there is no air-condition but its ok. There is a fan in each bungalow. The breakfast was small but everything you need with fresh fruits and self-baked bread. The trip to the Tatai-waterfall is very nice and after a long hot day...

The Rainbow Lodge is a very special hotel in a very special place. Set beside the Tatai River it has options for a fun active holiday and/or totally relaxing downtime, reconnecting with sublime natural beauty. It is a place that has survived the ravages of development....the jungle is thick, the water clean and the air fresh. The food and facilities...

We have just left this amazing lodge surrounded by jungle. The lodge is set within the South Cardamom mountains and the scenery is truly breathtaking. The lodge consists of several private bungalows. Ours was spacious and clean with a private terrace and a hammock looking directly out onto the jungle. The staff were incredible-we did two treks through the jungle...
