We have just returned from a three night stay, the hospitality is fantastic and the breakfast just sets you up for the day. The house is spotless. There is tea and coffee with fresh milk in your room everyday. The location is isolated but it is so quiet and lovely if you just want to get away from all. I...

Our 7 night stay included our 42nd Wedding Anniversary. Our room was very comfortable. The warm welcome and first class food was most appreciated. Sea Palling has a lovely sheltered sandy beach and is only a couple of minutes away by car, or a 10-15 minute pleasant walk. An excellent base to explore this lovely area of the Norfolk coast...

We booked just a couple of days before a 3 night stay in this lovely b&b. We were met by John with tea and biscuits. Our room was clean and comfortable with a nice ensuite shower room. Breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit, homemade bread (I've got my bread maker out again!) and a tasty full English. We'd rate this...

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 2 nights to attend a wedding nearby. The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable with a powerful shower in the en suite bathroom. The breakfast selection was great including fresh fruit, freshly baked bread and croissants and a cooked breakfast with locally sourced ingredients. The owners couldn't have been more helpful with advice...

Myself, daughter, parents and uncle spent a lovely weekend at willow farm barns. John and Ines made us extremely welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The meals were fantastic and even my fussy daughter was happy. The food was locally sourced and cooked to perfection. John and Ines's attention to detail was outstanding and I can not praise them...

Lovely house, lovely hosts, best breakfast ever. Accomadating in every way, this was the second time we had stayed here, as good as the first time. The homemade bread at breakfast is worth the journey alone.

Lovely bed and breakfast in converted barn. Beautiful rooms with lots of extras. John and Ines who own it give a very personal touch and go the extra mile to make you welcome. Organic, homemade and local produce used wherever possible. Fantastic breakfasts! Would definitely recommend this B&B.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Willow Farm Barn is a beautiful, modern seaside bed and breakfast located in the Norfolk countryside. It has easy access to a blue flag sandy beach and the Norfolk Broads. The bed and breakfast provides the perfect base for a range of outdoor activities. Built in 1740 (there’s a stone in one of the walls which states this date), the barn was converted into a home in 2009. We have decorated the four rooms in a coastal style and offer a warm, friendly and relaxing stay in our home. Our hearty Norfolk breakfast will set you up for the day – whether you’re seal watching on the beach, cycling down the country lanes, boating on the Broads, watching the birds and wildlife, jet-skiing at Sea Palling, or indulging in a bit of retail therapy in Burnham or Norwich’s wonderful variety of shops. Those looking to relax indoors can do so in the stunning lounge, which is kitted out with a flat screen TV offering the full range of Freeview channels. We look forward to your stay.
