The staff were very helpful and friendly. We stayed in a pod in a beautiful location. The coast line is stunning and worth a visit for sure.
We had to cut short our stay and the staff helped out great.

I have just spent a lovely week, staying with family, in The Cart Shed holiday cottage, just at the entrance to the holiday park.

It is a lovely, cosy cottage, with underfloor heating and fantastic views over the park, the hills and the sea. Open plan kitchen / dining room /

Lovely place stayed a few times lovely clean caravans and great base to do lots of walking or going to other areas, downside concerns , are not enough lighting in the evening if you are walking your dog on the site, it's a wonder there's not been an accident with someone tripping

Thank you for your positive comments. The tenants running The Blue Crab have recently left and this will now be managed by Durdle Door Holiday Park. It will be significantly upgraded before it reopens next season. With regard to your comment concerning lighting, we will be checking all lighting during our maintenance programme this winter. As you can imagine, lighting needs to be managed sensitively as this is a rural area of outstanding natural beauty. A torch is definitely a must! We look forward to welcoming you back again soon.

We stayed here for three nights during half term... End of season so few campers and site lovely and quiet. Chose a non seaview plot for our campervan as we wanted a flat pitch... Although the pitch we ended up in was fairly sloping.
Facilities good... Washing up area clean. Toil

I'm looking to camp here for 3 nights in October with a teardrop trailer, is anyone aware if it's ok to have an awning? The conditions states 1 car and 1 tourer per pitch. Also is it worth taking bikes, does anyone have any tips for good bike rides? Thanks
not sure about awning, give them a ring, they are really helpful. bit hilly for bikes, but your legs may be stronger than mine!

Hi! We are a couple and a dog who would like to visit you with our trailor tent around August 3rd - for about 3-4 nights. Do we need to pre book? We prefer at quiet spot with a view :-). Is traffic - or other noise (e.g. from the bar) a problem?
No not at all...
