We take an anniversary trip every year in October. This was our third time to Mexico; first time to Ixtapa/Zihautanejo (been to Los Cabos and Puerto Vallarta in prior years). Air Canada Vacations' All-Inclusive package to the Las Brisas Resort is by far the best way to go if you're planning a visit here. There's a reason this resort is...

I'm not sure I can give a different review than what others have said. All I can say that is that it exceeded my expectations. Perhaps my anal rententiveness made me spend hours reading all of the reviews for this hotel. Some of the negative reviews prepared us for our arrival. In a nutshell, the hotel is beautiful. The fact...

I had to redo my original post because I wrote the wrong date... This was the first time I ever went to an all-inclusive and sadly, it has ruined me for all others. This place was the most amazing place I have ever stayed... be forewarned, I may use the word "amazing" a lot! I am sure that this hotel...

Be warned this hotel operates a deliberate policy of charging for absolutely EVERYTHING. On many occasions you are not made aware of these charges until after or check-out. An example of this was being charged over TEN US$ for using the coffee maker provided in the room on just 1 occasion?? The management of this hotel should address issues such...

The hotel is amazing. The waitstaff were exceptionally friendly, the hotel itself had very interesting architecture that captured light reminiscent of Mayan Ruins. The rooms were very clean, had good air conditioning and were very pretty. The maid service was consistent and each day left a different origami-esque shape in one of the bathroom towels. There were lots of pools...

the view of the Pacific coast from the terrace was incredible. We were on the 20th floor. The room was very large & nice ( 4 star quality), but the hallways & common areas are a bit gloomy & dated. The bed was comfortable for Mexico standards. The Beach Club was a great idea which included a decent breakfast &...

The best feature of this hotel is the ocean views from almost all the rooms and it's close enough to hear the waves too. Be advised some of the lower floors may have views blocked by trees. Also, the floors are numbered starting at 10 going to 22. The lobby is on the 18th floor, our room was #1721. July...
