First of all the views were amazing the countryside around and the beach on the complex looking out to sea. But that's all that was good. Got there and had a wander round as we were early and eventually got into the 'chalet' we were staying in. So not worth the money! Old, smelly, damp, slugs kept coming in somehow,...

Thanks for taking the time to share your holiday experience with us. Whilst I'm glad you enjoyed the surrounding area's of the park, it is a shame that you had a bad time with your chalet. We do pride ourselves on the cleanliness and standards of all of our holiday homes so it's disappointing to hear this. Rest assured your...

Stayed for a few days after collecting the sun vouchers. Paid a but extra when initially booking to upgrade to a better caravan. Upon arriving the caravan park looked good, good location, looked nice and tidy. Caravan park very quiet as out of season and was put in a really poor caravan. Dirty carpet, curtains hanging off, broken toilet seat...

Really enjoyed our stay. We came at the end of the season and still had lots to do. We had Matt as our host in the clubhouse and I have to say what a lovely caring young man he is. Caravan was perfect for what we wanted although I have to say more attention to the cleaning prior to our...

Having been here on many previous occasions was very dissapointed with the new club layout.. and the Gold caravan although we may have been very lucky in the past... Having said that the evening entertainment was very good and great for families considering this is November. Matt did a great job and clearly loves his Job as this is shown...

We're no stranger to the cheap newspaper deals (visiting the east coast twice a year) and basically you get what you pay for. However, didn't realise this site had chalets (think hi-de-hi) and it was confirmed 24 hours before we set off that we had been allocated a 2 bed chalet (for 4 adults & 2 children). Hastily agreed to...

Stayed 2nd week in October for 4 nights. Had a Silverplus caravanwhich was double glazed and had c/heating. V clean but fridge door shelf broken off and nowhere near enough crockery if there had been 6-8 of us. Coffee mugs in cupboard needed scrubbing out before use but otherwise caravan clean to stay in. Bed comfortable too. Happily just me...

We have holidayed at this site for the past 9 years & on the whole have enjoyed our visits however this visit has left us feeling disappointed & we won't be back! It seems the park was very much running down for the end of the season (which we could handle if the price we paid reflected this!!) with poor...

We have just returned from here for a family holiday. We had a silver pus caravan which was really big enough room for us all. The park it's self was very safe and very child friendly. The entertainment team were amazing and really work very hard. The beach is just at the bottom of the park and you get lovely...

Took a short break here and found it to be good. No problems. In my head, was expecting a caravan so was initially disappointed to find we had a chalet, but once inside I was very happy. It was warm, comfortable and spacious. Better than a caravan I believe. Place was clean, modern and basically equipped but perfectly functional. A...

We have just returned from a lovely four nights at this park. It was our first visit to the Isle of Wight and we couldn't be happier with our choice of park. We stayed in a silver 2 bed caravan. It had fantastic views and was in a quiet location, yet was only a minute walk to the reception, restaurant,...
