Arrived at the hotel and all team were really friendly, whilst adopting great COVID protection. Dinner was pre ordered and was delicious, I enjoyed the steak pudding, followed by the sticky toffee pudding again one of the best I have had!! Breakfast was equally good and tasty Bedrooms a little tired, but perfectly acceptable. If I am in the area again, I will definitely use again Well done

We stayed in this hotel in September for 5 nights and we cannot fault the place. Food was amazing Staff amazing Our room was in the annexe and was beautiful Spotlessly clean Covid measures in place everywhere Sanitizer masks Nothing was too much trouble for these guys My young daughter and partner drove up to spend the night and they alsooved it they also stayed in the annexe and their room was again spotless Something that might seem very daft - The towels were amazing huge bath sheets soft and fluffy Will 100% return to the beautiful hotel Thankyou for a wonderful stay

Having spent several days here, what a delightful place, oozing with the elegance of a bygone era yet with every modern convenience. The beautiful rooms are only bettered by the superb food and the amazing professionalism, along with friendliness of the staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Combine all of that with the most beautiful grounds and you have a truly magical place. We left with a heavy heart but will return.

Just got back from a lovely stay here. Everyone Of the staff we met were lovely and so accommodating even our little dog got a treat. The location of the hotel is great for touring the west lakes, some gorgeous coastal places nearby. Check out st. Bees at sunset, the noise from the crashing waves is fabulous. We’d booked a suite and we were not disappointed, it was gorgeous and felt very regal in there, felt like I should have been waiting for Mr Darcy to ride up on his horse. The furniture was so comfortable and a lovely little window seat for reading at. The bathroom was very big and the bath was huge, had to have a dip and use some of the ample products supplied. We stayed 2 nights and on our last night had our meal in the hotel, it was lovely and lots of it. The hotel accepts dogs on request and like to make a fuss of them you can also take them in the bar/lounge area with you as I said very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and are making plans to return soon. Given these uncertain times everything was handled so well, social distancing and hand sanitiser available. We were told the rooms are usually dressed with cushions and throws but due to Covid they can’t have them, I can honestly say the rooms are perfect without and I wouldn’t have know if not told. The grounds are so peaceful with a stream at the bottom, if there wasn’t so much to visit around the area it would be a lovely spot for a picnic and chill. Thank you for a memorable stay
