White House Farm and Annex offer superb bed and breakfast accommodation near Holt in North Norfolk. White House Farm is a stunning 17th century farm house with adjoining barn, which has been integrated into the old house. There is a double and single room in the house. The rooms are furnished with Edwardian antique furniture to match the high timbered ceilings. There is a bathroom attached with a bath, shower and W.C. which is also styled to compliment the age of the house. There is your own private entry to the rooms so you can come and go as you wish. Guests have the use of the conservatory sitting room and in the winter months can sit in the cosy sitting room with a wood burner which is part of the barn.

A lovely warm welcome, followed by a welcome cup of tea and beautiful cake left in our room on our return from Thursford plus a gluten free biscuit. Super equipped annex, with everything you need for your comfort. Lovely cooked breakfast and delicious home made bread. Refreshing fruit salad, cereals and home made jam, marmalades etc. We shall look forward to returning again.

Another delightful visit to The White House Farm. Thankyou Mary and Tim for looking after us so well: the tea and cake, tailored breakfast, and superb evening meals and the other individual touches and great company. It is a pleasure to meet up with you and the charming Sidney every time. Take care and we will see you in 2024.

What can I say about this wonderful B&B that I haven't said before. Always an extremely warm welcome with a cuppa and a choice of a piece of homemade cake! Breakfast - such a choice. Nothing is too much for them. One could not fault Mary and Tim for B&B hosts. Sid, their beautiful pooch, is the most lovable dog I've come across. This is our third visit - not too far away from the annual Thursford Christmas Spectacular, which is another review! We will return for more 'looking after' in 2024. Wishing both Mary and Tim all the best in the future.

This was my eighth visit to White House Farm while on a birdwatching trip to Norfolk. Mary and Tim are the perfect hosts who go far above and beyond what one would expect in a normal B&B. The secret is Mary's desire to make guests feel welcome, almost like part of the family. Welcome includes tea and cake, packed lunches on request, and help with outside arrangements when necessary. All this at a competitive tariff for the area. Mary's energy levels are legendary and I can't wait to experience her unique hospitality again in the not too distant future.

I have been coming to stay with Mary and Tim for about 20 years and have always left wanting to come back again! Whether you are self catering in Coopers House or the Annex or having a lovely room for bed and breakfast, Mary will look after you from the get-go! You are met with tea and cake not just on arrival but every day! Evening meals (by arrangement) are lovely and the breakfasts delicious, with local produce and so wide ranging everyone is catered for! I left two days ago and am already planning my return in December with my elderly mother, daughter and grandchildren as I know Mary and Tim will make all four of our generations feel really welcome and looked after!

We have loved coming to White House Farm for many years and always had such a lovely welcome from Mary and Tim. In June we stayed as usual in the annexe which we always love. It is everything we need and more for myself, husband and little dog . We have visited again this week and as we had friends with us we stayed in Coopers. What a wonderful old house, a big house but with lots of character rooms it felt so cosy and comfortable. Particularly loved the big kitchen and the outside areas. Plenty of parking , secure garden and lovely areas to sit and to eat. What makes any stay so special is Mary , Tim and Sid, So pleased this time our friends were also able experienced Mary and Tims kindness and company. Nothing is too much trouble. Our little dog Johhny loved seeing Sid and spending time with him .Thank you so much Mary and Tim for everything you do to make every stay special. Look forward to being with you again June and September next year.xx…
