Coopers House is a charming Georgian house. Walk into Coopers and it is like walking into a family home, cosy and snug with lots of hidden corners. The house was once an old shop and blacksmith. It is an ideal place for a holiday with friends and family. Cooper’s is well positioned in the attractive and quiet village of Hindolveston. The house has 3 generous sized bedrooms and one slightly smaller bedroom, 2 of, which have a double bed, and the remaining 2 have twin beds. The twinned bedded rooms are en suite and there is a large family bathroom with a bath and shower. Want places to escape to in the house? Cooper’s has a sunroom /playroom large dining room that will easily seat 10 people, a sitting room with an open fire and 2 little snugs. There are open fires in the dining room and the sitting room with the Victorian fireplace.

I just loved this place, Mary was one of the nicest hosts I’ve met, she was naturally kind, chatty and lovely all round and couldn’t do enough for me. I arrived on a dark, miserable evening and she made me a nice sandwich so that I didn’t have to go out for food after my longish drive.
The place is oozing with character, I’d a room in the main barn which has double height ceilings, huge comfy lounge and interesting things to look at everywhere,
My room had a great comfy bed, there was wine, chocolate, beverages, and yummy cake on arrival. I felt at home there immediately, it was warm, comfortable and welcoming all round, if you love character places then you’ll thoroughly enjoy this.
Breakfast was delicious too. Can’t fault it, 5 big starts from me, I will be back,

Coopers is an ideal base to visit the nearby Norfolk countryside, spacious upstairs and down. Down stairs as you enter a large kitchen dining room, walking through to two lounge rooms into another large room with multiple uses..... we used it to try and do a 1000 piece jigsaw( no chance in 3 days ). There is a playroom for the children and lounge room comfortable for the evenings.
Upstairs 4 bedrooms 2 en-suite and a large family bathroom.
In most cases breakfast is included which is well worth it, everything you would want!
Already booked for next year.

We are an extended family of 5 adults & 2 children & we’ve just had another brilliant weeks holiday at Cooper’s House. It’s in a lovely setting, very homely & with plenty of space for everyone. The garden is great for the children to play in & for the adults to relax.
We all look forward to coming back each year, Mary & Tim are so friendly & helpful & Mary’s yummy treats await us on our arrival!
A very special place where we all feel very much at home, we are already looking forward to returning again next year.

We visited Coopers House last August with my son, his partner and our two Tibetan Terriers.
On arrival we were greeted by Mary and had tea and cake in the lovely garden.
The rooms were lovely and the breakfast was excellent. We all enjoyed our stay and will return in the near future.

We have recently had another stay Coopers House and we had a great time. The welcome was warm and the house was great. It's not our first stay with Mary and Tim and will not be the last. We cannot recommend Coopers House enough.

Coopers House is in an excellent family base for a holiday. We shared the house with my sister’s family too, so eight of us in total – four adults and four children under the age of four.

The accommodation is clean and comfortable and great value. The kids found the house quirky and held their interest from the start.

The bedrooms are a great size – even the ‘smaller double’ is a nice size.

Mary provides most everything you’ll need but might be best to pack a few extras such as tea towels. However, Mary is the nicest and most caring host so if anything was needed during your stay, I have no doubt she would be very helpful.

During our week long stay we visited Sherringham, Wells-Next-The-Sea, Dinosaur Adventure, Sherringham Park, West Runton Horse Sanctuary, Cromer, Amazona Zoo and North Norfolk Railway Steam Engine. I highly recommend all of these and most are around a half hour drive away from Coopers House.

Our parents visited during our holiday and stayed at Mary’s B&B. My parents were thrilled with the luxury B&B and enjoyed their stay. They said the food was excellent too!

All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and plan to visit again!

Nice sized room in the main house, very comfy bed and decent sized bathroom in a charming house. Mary is a great host, friendly, chatty and very helpful, supplying us with Gluten free, as well as sizeable "normal" portions of cake washed down with a nice cup of tea as soon as we arrived. The breakfasts also hit the spot, it set us up for the day.

The gardens are peaceful and quiet with different areas to stroll around, a lovely place to stay for a night. .

We were a family of 6 adults and 3 under 4's, coopers house was very warm and inviting with everything you could possibly need with plenty of nooks and crannies to find a bit of peace. The children loved the toys and the fact their bedroom had an ensuite. Mary was a joy to meet and the homemade cake she left was a delicious welcome treat after our journey. The cottage is the perfect location for visiting Cromer, sheringham, Wroxham and pensthorpe all within half an hours drive perfect when you have little ones.would definitely stay again.thank you Mary for making coopers house special.
