Staff are friendly but place is gross. Bad smell and bad appearance . Really didn't like this place . I wouldn't stay here . Everything looked grimy. I would not recommend to anyone to stay here . The roof looked brown and the floors looked dirty . Only plus is a little playground

We stayed here recently and sad to say but it is very antiquated. Musty moldy smell, in need of some major remodelation. The only plus is that the staff was very friendly and it is at the exit or entrance of the coty. Only recomend if you are staying one night and plan to hit tue road early. Very economical,...

Nice Reception staff speaks Spanish. Good wifi. Not exactly European-style but basic hotel features are there. Large shower, bathroom, and room for the price.Maid service was very thorough and did a great job. The best thing about this place is that is is a short walk away from the Central de Autobuses that takes you to Zacatecas, Guadalajara etc

There is a cold breakfast included, but they have a full service restaurant to complement it. The food is good and the prices very reasonable. The rooms are a basic and a bit spartan,...

We have stayed here twice (both for family occasions) and enjoy its cleanliness, location, parking garage, at a very reasonable price. Our first stay was 10 years ago, yet the rooms were clean (2nd floor room) and it appeared that the bathroom fixtures had been re-modeled - important for us. The decor is distinct, with shades of a genuine Swiss...

I stayed here for 6 days coming all the way from Jamaica to attend a conference at INEGI. It was a pleasant 6 days. There was a trmendous difficulty with the language barrier but they had a staff member who spoke fluent English and was able to assist us with my needs. The hotel room was clean, spacious and had...
