If you are looking for Mexican authenticity, it won't be found here, but you will find fun for the whole family. Good pools, activities, kid-friendly, large beach area, large condos, etc. We have returned here several times and know exactly what to expect. It's a slower pace so expect slower service and that things might not be the same as in...

This Review is composed by my 12 year old son. OMG! The resort was well staffed and well maintained the service was consistent and you can get palaypa's everyday but, the food was spelling trouble in paradise. It was all buffet and god help you if your on a diet, because it was all fried food. It definetly wasn't the...

Stayed at Paradise Village through an Interval International timeshare exchange. Here, in my estimation, are seven pluses and seven minuses about this property: UPSIDE: 1) Beautiful long, wide beach -- you can walk for miles -- with abundant thatched palapas for shady relaxing on the sand 2) Public marina nearby with water taxi and boat excursions available 3) Nice pool...

I am a well travelled world traveller. Eleven countries in the past few months. I had to go to Guadalajara on a fast business trip and returned home via Puerto vallarta mex. I booked a couple days at the Hotel thinking it would be a relaxing place to unwind from my whirlwind business trip. Wrong. I suppose it is /was...

I've been a member of this time-share for 2 1/2 years. I love the property, the beach is large with many palapas. The pool is also large and there's a jacuzzi. The rooms (apartments) need a bit of updating, although they are pretty nice, with full kitchen appliances. The lobby is enormous and there are several desks to accomodate guests...

wonderful for families, but well designed for quiet areas for those of us who like quiet areas away from activities and kids! I bring kids and grand kids but still like my getaway and read and spa time too. It has been such a perfect retreat, affordable, clean, friendly, convienient and very SAFE. Bonnie

This is a value resort. Not the best, not the worst. It does Disney for puerto Vallarta. Everything is packaged with just enough Mexico to make it feel not Hawaii or Orlando. The food is OK but not great. And that is fine. Do not expect fabulous, or even ethnic. This is middle America style of Mexico. If you want...

I have been coming here for 10 years and never had a bad experience. The hotel is a perfect place. The food is superb and you are treated like a king and queen. This is my number 1 travel destination. Anyone who comes here will experience something unique and wonderful. Don't take the timeshare presentation, just enjoy the hotel.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! They sold us a time share under false pretenses and now will not let us cancel the membership. They already stoled $6000US and will not stop sending us monthly maintenance invoices. The place is a carnival with no peace and quiet. You have to live together to be allowed membership. We do not live together....
