Could not believe this place was not packed out!! must be a best kept secret. Thursday lunch at 2 PM had the place to ourselves, Three fantastic courses all very well presented, cheerful staff, and reasonably priced drinks. Will be returning very soon.

Booked a table for 4 for the Sunday carvery. The food and servce was average. Arrived early but table was still not ready until 10 minutes after the time we booked it for. The carvery was ok but a little cold and the veg could have done with a few more minutes and One of our party had a yorkshire...

Just been to the leaking well had been somewhere else intending to eat but had waited so long decided to ring leaking well to see if they could fit 10 of us in. Fortunately they could we were given a really friendly welcome nothing was too much trouble all our meals were lovely good quality and menu choice very good....

Met up with relatives for lunch on BH Monday. Trade was quiet which I was surprised about as the pub is lovely looking inside and outside. The two chaps opted for Gammon which came with 2 eggs and chunky chips, very generous portion and much enjoyed. I had salmon steak which was excellent in quality, but if I have one...

We loved this hotel. Friendly and comfortable. Good food but too much! My prawns in garlic butter was amazing but so much garlic butter I could hardly manage the next course! Same for the breakfast. Just home from visiting leaking well for dinner good food,nice chef and staff nothing too much trouble not as busy as usual but all the same food still fresh and hot breakfast is also worth a visit we will certainly be visiting again

My heavily pregnant wife and I dropped in to the Leaking Well pub for the first time today to try out their Carvery. Found this place when driving passed and needed breakfast having stayed at a Travelodge nearby. What a find service was brilliant nothing to much trouble for the friendly staff The breakfast was great in fact kept me and my wife full all day Would definitely recommend this place

Our party of four visited for the half price steak and chips night and had a warm friendly welcome on arrival. We asked the waitress what came with the steak and she said it came with mushrooms and side salad with chips. When meals arrived their was no mushrooms and another waitress/owner said no mushrooms on a half price steak...
