We had a long week end in Barn Cottage on the farm, it's was very nice, clean, well equipped with everything including dish washer. The cottage had a wonderful garden in the sun over looking the peacocks who entertained us daily. The countryside surround the cottages is lovely. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will be returning.

We ( family of 5 plus a dog) have just got back from a 4 night stay at Mill Cottage and wish we had booked to stay longer. The cottage was beautiful and set in lovely surrounding countryside. It had everything we could have needed. The tennis court, football field and farm walks provided us with lots of fun and...

We found this wonderful place 11 years ago, when we had young children. We have returned most years and cannot fault. The welcome on arrival and helpful staff is a rare thing these days. The cottages are beautifully kept and continually improved. The developments with the added tea shop, restaurant and ever increasing range of wonderful food and gifts in the...

Just back from a fantastic weekend break spent at Kiln Cottage. The cottage was roomy, comfortable, very well equipped, picturesque and in a fantastic location. We really couldn't fault it and I hope we will visit again before the end of the year! We strongly recommend a visit to the garlic farm next door!

My wife and I stayed here at the beginning of February, and were very impressed. We only stayed in the small Paddock Cottage, but even that was big enough for the two of us. The bedroom was spacious enough for us, our bags, and all the bags of shopping we managed to get while staying on the island. The kitchenette/lounge...

We stayed in this farm in may half term and we cannot speak highly enough about it. The cottage was clean, well equipped and very homely. We loved our little garden, perfect for our dog and for keeping kids in. Lots of access to open space for the children and it felt very safe. We would have loved more access...

Have just stayed at Barn Cottage at the end of a cold but sunny April, farm, cottage & scenery were lovely but there was no way to control the heating & it veered from very chilly in the mornings, to often very hot in the evenings. This would be less fun if you had children who wake early.

Hi Liz b, Thank you for taking the time to write a review of your stay at the farm. There was an issue with the settings being tampered with in another cottage where the boiler that runs Barn Cottage is located. We are in the process of fitting separate control units for each cottage. Just one of the issues that...

We had a lovely stay in Mill Cottage, a well maintained and comfortable cottage set in a particularly beautiful part of the Isle of Wight. It is spacious yet homely, well furnished and our kids absolutely loved it. If you're a runner, a cyclist or a dog walker, then the cottages are very close to Route 23. You're also right...

Have stayed on the farm on a number of occasions over the past few years and hope to return in the future - a unique and beautiful setting with comfortable accommodation in well equipped cottages - an ideal base for exploring the Island. The Garlic Farm has a highly individual character and charisma and the family take a genuine interest...

We have been to Mersley twice this year. Once as a family of 6 with daughters and fiancees in April/May and again by ourselves mid October. This is really the place to relax and unwind with the bonus of a great restaurant onsite. Great for quiet walks thru the lanes or fields. Everythng on the island is a short drive,...
