One of the most sought after campgrounds in the Banff area. Close to town and the lake is one of a kind. These fill up fast and are well worth it if you can get one! Definitely worth it and we'll be back! The facilities are above average and the staff were friendly! Firewood

Nice location, great views, spacious, good standard and clean toilet and showers! Great for both RV`s who needs electrisity and who don`t need it. If you want a fancy dinner, you can also walk to Cathedral Mountain lodge and eat there :) Highly recommended!

While researching campgrounds for our 3-week Rockies road trip in August 2018, I became sure of one thing: based on the glowing reviews, I wanted to stay at Two Jack Lakeside. So my wife and I got into battle mode the day the reservations opened, and managed to snatch a site for

We only had one night stay here in our RV and wish we had longer. Try and get a site next to the water, we were in site 2 where you could see the lake through the trees which was lovely! No electrical hook up but that didn’t bother us for a night. Fire pits are available to make

Dear OnAir- I'm afraid I can't give you advice about RV sites because I was a "walk in" camper. Two things, though: 1) Don't call. Book through the web site and have your mouse on the button literally at the moment reservations open. 2) Have a first choice and a second choice picked out in advance. If you don't get your first choice you will have a few minutes to try a second one.

Is there a bus that runs from Banff to the lakes?
Absolutely, but just keep in mind this is a seasonal service that doesn’t restart until Spring 2019 google Banff Roam Transit ans you’ll want the Lake Minnewanka route

Are there non reservable sites?
Yes I belive it's first come first served we never reserved our pitch. We had to wait till someone checked out at 11am as it was long weekend. So my advice if you can get there early as it is a beutiful place to stop especially near the lake.

Two Jacks is in Banff National Park; you can make a reservation through the Parks Canada website. Just google "parks Canada camping reservation".
