The beds were very comfortable and the rooms had a fridge and microwave which was really accommodating. Service was excellent and the free breakfasts were full breakfasts. The whole works. What I didn't like was the hottub looked gross, none of the vending machines in the entire building worked, and they didn't allow you to bring your snowboard or ski... More

Stayed here for 4 nights in early September and have no complaints. It's one of the first few hotels as you enter town so you have to drive a minute to get to the main town or take the bus or walk, but either way, that is not an inconvenience. Staff is courteous and our check-in was quick and smooth.... More

The location was a little far from Banff downtown, but in return, the place was really quiet. About 15 minute walk to the convenience store (IGA) and downtown. Check-in was smooth and the staff was really kind. Liquor store and a bar was located in the Inn, but didn't have the chance to visit. The room was clean and neat,... More

This hotel is like stepping back in time , it ticks the boxes for a bed for the night but nothing else I believe the hotel has new owners and they should do a complete refurb The continental breakfast is served in a big room that resembles a works canteen and served like that as well with the hot water... We have travelled all over the world and this has to be the worse hotel we stayed in. The walls are so thin you can every word from the other guests house keepers and the general public walking on the street. We asked to move rooms due to a security issue we were told to wait for maintenance as they... More

The hotel is past it's prime. The rooms are affordable and clean. Internet is needing an update to the system. Plenty of car parking but very little for anything else. If you drive anything big check in early to get a spot.

I enjoy the cleanliness and size of the rooms. They are bright and quiet. You are still on Banff Avenue but not in the business of the Avenue. I will be back. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good. Nice Pool, Whirlpool and Sauna. Has liquor store in hotel. Good parking

As a bus driver, I require a good night's sleep to be safe. When you can hear the people snoring in the next room it is hard to get to sleep. To be completely honest I couldn't tell if it was either of the rooms adjacent to mine or the one above. Added to this was the inconvenience of not... More

This place was very poor. The staff were really bad. We stay in a lot of hotels and this is the place i ever seen not caring about their guest. After i checked-in i realized the room was not quite clean and bathroom looks very dirty with the old fittings. Called the front desk and she sent a housekeeping guy... More

This is a clean and comfortable value hotel. While it is dated, you get a decent room at a good price. Situated on the edge of this small town, a ten minute walk to the downtown area, but also close to a bus stop (2 dollars for a single journey, five dollars for a day pass). Staff are very friendly...
