We have travelled all over the world and this has to be the worse hotel we stayed in. The walls are so thin you can every word from the other guests house keepers and the general public walking on the street. We asked to move rooms due to a security issue we were told to wait for maintenance as they...

The hotel is past it's prime. The rooms are affordable and clean. Internet is needing an update to the system. Plenty of car parking but very little for anything else. If you drive anything big check in early to get a spot.

I enjoy the cleanliness and size of the rooms. They are bright and quiet. You are still on Banff Avenue but not in the business of the Avenue. I will be back. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is good. Nice Pool, Whirlpool and Sauna. Has liquor store in hotel. Good parking

As a bus driver, I require a good night's sleep to be safe. When you can hear the people snoring in the next room it is hard to get to sleep. To be completely honest I couldn't tell if it was either of the rooms adjacent to mine or the one above. Added to this was the inconvenience of not...

This place was very poor. The staff were really bad. We stay in a lot of hotels and this is the place i ever seen not caring about their guest. After i checked-in i realized the room was not quite clean and bathroom looks very dirty with the old fittings. Called the front desk and she sent a housekeeping guy...

This is a clean and comfortable value hotel. While it is dated, you get a decent room at a good price. Situated on the edge of this small town, a ten minute walk to the downtown area, but also close to a bus stop (2 dollars for a single journey, five dollars for a day pass). Staff are very friendly...

While passing through Banff on a motorcycle trip we spent the night here. On check in, the staff was friendly and efficient. She emphasized to call the desk if there were any problems. The room was clean and spacious. Everything seemed to work fine. The room did get a little stuffy overnight with no a/c and the beds were a...

Banff Voyager Inn was a basic style accommodation, but had everything we required. Rooms need aircon as even though it gets cold, the room got quite stuffy and we didn't want to sleep with the door open. Close walking distance to town and great choice of eateries not far away. Free shuttle in the city center to Sulphur mountain which...

The hotel is well placed on the main road. Just a short drive or walk to the very centre of Banff. For the price, it is a very good option for travellers wanting a basic, clean place to stay. The breakfast is good and plentiful. No frills, but a decent place to stay for people who spend little time at...
