Hotel provided no added value. No conditioner, small amount of shampoo for 2 people, did not add toiletries for second day, bed was made up in what had to be 30 seconds- pillows simply thrown back, not fluffed, bed sheet not turned over properly--when customers pay for a room they expect to see some pride and effort made to the...

We booked this hotel using an online offer and by the price that we paid, we were not expecting a lot. We were pleasantly surprised. The room, although a bit small was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was recently redone. The staff was very friendly and the location of this hotel is within easy walking distance...

We stayed there Dec 27 to 30 2016. There was a mix-up with our room as we were supposed to have a larger suite however when I called weeks in advance they told me it was a room for 2 people only. I was able to get them to ensure it could sleep 3 as my 21 year old daughter...

This is an ideal location for those who are making a hospital visit next door in Banff. And the food and service at La Terraza next door and Melissas across the street was outstanding and then some. All in all, probably the best deal in town for a one-nighter.

Very nice low budget hotel with good location and clean rooms. No frills, friendly place to stay. Walking distance to good restaurants and shopping. Good walking paths close by. Choice of skiing not far away.

Hotel is within walking distance of downtown. But found upon arrival room wasnt booked , room seemed smaller than last time we stayed. Upon checkout found food had been charged on my room account but was dealt with professionally. Rooms view was not very good considering was booked over 2 months in advance.

Rooms clean and warm. Reception could be more guest friendly the receptionists are hidden sitting behind the Reception Desk and Piller. The Aussie Female Receptionist was smiling and friendly but the rest a bit reserved' please smile and look interested.

The price is certainly very good. The pool is in a different building though, too cold to walk across in winter wet. Rooms and common areas (hallways etc) definitely showing their age. Mini fridge keep freezing, even on lowest temperature. Asked reception and the person there wasn't all that helpful. People in connecting room were smoking weed two nights (friday...

This place has potential to be a nice hotel. The location is very close to all the shops and restaurants and is close to the river. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. But when we got to our room we were very disappointed. First of all, we got there at night, and the lighting was horrible. You have to...

Great little spot for a quick and affordable getaway. If you don't require all the bells and whistles, this is a terrific lodge. You get the use of the pools and eucalyptus steam room of their sister property (Banff Park Lodge) and you can't beat the location.
