This was our first trip to Banff and should there be another, we are coming back to this hotel. It was a lovely little place, with two hot tubs and two saunas. The entire staff were amazing!! From the receptionists to the house cleaning to the waitresses and waiters in the breakfast room: all were polite, smiling and patient with...

Just spent two weeks in this hotel and couldn't fault it once. Ski stop is 30 second walk in ski boots. Breakfast was lovely and every single staff member was great with us. Very friendly and professional. Rooms are nice and modern with everything you could want. The coffee out of your machine in the room is lovely. The beds...

1. The outdoor hot tubs. The hotel is built in a big square with an outdoor courtyard with a large and a small, deep, in ground stone hot tub. The small tub even has a gas fireplace. The hot tubs are second only to the Hot Springs. 2. Breakfast. Its hot, fresh, has lots of variety, and its free. The...

The location is ideal. Right in the heart of the village. We booked on booking.com and when we arrived the man at reception asked for our last name. We could tell that he couldn't find our booking so we showed him our confirmation. Rather than worrying us about not finding our booking he calmly sorted it out for us which...

It is an ideal place as there is a ski shuttle bus within 5 minutes of the hotel. It is about two blocks from the main part of the strip where all the restaurants and shops are. I couldn't fault any of the staff, they were all very friendly and polite. The room we stayed in was very clean and...

Best part about this hotel is the location, about 2 blocks walk from the main part of the strip. The 2 outdoor hot tubs were great, as well as the complimentary breakfast. Rooms were pretty average, beds were comfortable, cleanliness so-so. If you're driving, they have a very small underground parkade where you might get a spot if you're lucky,...

Pos: Hotel is near by stop of ski shuttle bus (high country inn), Hot jacuzzi is in ceiling of hotel and not wind. Cons: breakfast is too simple, only a few choose. The room is not same as photo of premium queen room with two queen beds, the washbasin is outdoor of washroom, feel is not good.

Rooms were spacious and clean. No noise at night at all. Hot tub seats about 40. Well laid out property. Breakfast was the best (included) breakfast in town. VERY good location - one block from downtown.

Stayed in the Aspen Lodge for two weeks whilst visiting our son who's working the Canadian ski season. The hotel was great, plenty of room for the three of us and a great idea to have a room divided by the bathroom/sink area, it gave us all a little privacy. Breakfast was lovely and we all managed to eat a...

We have visited Banff on many occasions at different times of the year, we have stayed at the Banff aspen lodge 5 times now, we enjoy the breakfast with the selection offered. The hotel is close enough to town it's only a short walk, the staff are always really helpful especially on our recent visit for 11 days. Nothing was...
