Dear mustache-parakeet, As a management team, we take all comments seriously and share them with our entire team. The Hotel does installed two new domestic boilers about a year ago but seems that the return pipe is having some issues. That is why it takes a bit before the hot water gets into the room. We got in extremely late the first night after driving through storms and we were exhausted. We get into our room and wow disgusting. There was hair and stains on the bed. We called down and the front brought us sheets to change our own bed. I wanted to have a drink before going

Too many errors to list. Room was bad. Train kept us up all night. Shower didnt work. TV service went on and off constantly. Had do not disturb on door and housekeepers still entered. Not acceptable. Not a place worth staying at. Will never recommend them.

I always choose days inn as an affordable clean hotel option , until now....Firstly when I checked in, I found the one man at the counter very helpful the other one was condescending, I had had an issue and lost my credit card, but we managed to resolve it with a cash payment

Dear Regall66, We are sorry that we have failed you again. The Hotel will soon be undergoing some upgrading and this will depend on the time frame of our contractors. We are now using bacteria free remote control. I am sorry to read about the runny eggs and I will look into what happened as the eggs are unsalted by us and neither from the supplier. It is walking distance to the Ctrain. However, having stayed here, pick somewhere else. Pay the extra few $ and get an actually decent hotel. There are lots along the Ctrain route that will suffice. Only pick this one if you like being tortured.

Google maps says 23km... so not really close at all. If you want to be close to the airport, book something in Calgary NE.
