My husband and I stayed at this hotel in downtown Edmonton for two nights during a weekend. We arrived late but were greeted by a very friendly front staff member. The hotel is an old building with tremendous charm. Our room was small but very well-maintained and well decorated. It was also clean and comfortable. Standard service is to present...

Nice hotel but was disappointed that although I was a guest there, I was not able to have dinner in the restaurant at the hotel because they had restaurant reserved for a party or something, was told they were booked, even though I was able to go out for dinner and come back 2 hours later and restaurant was not...

Awesome hotel downtown. Discovered this hotel was originally a bank in its hay day and has obviously since been converted. I did have an issue with the internet the first night, but other than that I loved this hotel. I also ate at the restaurant for dinner and found it delightful. The staff was friendly and helpful!

We stayed at the hotel on New Years Eve and included dinner. The deluxe room was clean and comfortable. It was necessary to close the curtains to avoid looking into the rooms next door. The complementary breakfast was very good but was only free from 8 - 9:30am and this was on a Sunday (New Years Day.) After 9:30 breakfast...

My memory of staying at the Union Bank In. Is of it being quaint and classy......and as it is a Bed and Breakfast accommodation.........the breakfast being a highlight and just wonderful. My son and daughter attended a wedding there New Years Eve. An event such as that would offer a great opportunity for the hotel to fill their rooms at...

3rd visit and I thought some of the lustre had faded. Minor things in the room sort of bothered me this time. The pillows were bouncy hard ( I should have asked for feather ) and the sheets felt coarse. And this was validated by my next stay (elsewhere) on the same road trip. The worst thing was the pitiful...

The room was small and street noise was not the best, parking is the worst no place to park even when you check in. The very best part of the stay is the restaurant is one of the very best in the city. Overall it is good boutique hotel.

Spent a Friday and Saturday night here! The staff wAs great and very helpful. The whole atmosphere is amazing, it has a quaint feeling to It. We stayed on the historic side and our room although quite small- was beautifully decorated and the bed was really comfy, the spa tub is a one person, but the jets work really good!...

The room was small but cosy, that's where the hospitality ends. No drinking water in the room, this has to be requested high cost. Housekeeping were unable to change pillow type from high to something more comfortable. Breakfast if from limited menu only with a double espresso being charged at +$9 extra. You have to ask for all beverages or...
