The plus side is the room had a microwave and fridge and the staff was helpful. The cleanliness was just ok and the food in the hotel was very poor. For $3 you had dried muffins, toast, greasy undercooked bacon and cold hash brown. Coffee and juice was good. I was attending an event so the location is why I... More

Put coffee for guest in lobby ,and teach the lady working the counter how to receive people. Put a switch at the front to control the load music. Room house keeping was good , but I had a smell in my room like smoke

Nice room, clean except fitted sheet? No coffee only tea in the room. People going from room to room, visiting in the hall & slamming doors until 2:00 AM - 2nd time we've experienced this, last time until 5:00 AM? Front counter people are friendly & has adequate parking there.

Great Service Excellent Room in a shady part of town The staff were exceptional. Room was very clean and the King Bed was wonderful. I would have liked a Contention Breakfast. There was great value, I'm sorry it is in such a bad part of Edmonton.

This is a great choice if attending an event at Northlands Coliseum! The outside is a little daunting but once inside it's completely different. The food in the restaurant is good even though decor is unusual. The breakfast is totally worth the extra charge!

For the price, I wasn't expected a 5 star hotel. I do, however, expect the room to be clean. The toilet had been used and not flushed, the sheets were stained as was the comforter, there were items on the floor that a vacuum would not have missed...the room was far from acceptable. We asked to move, they accommodated, and... More

Front guy was rude. Random ignorant people at front doors. Won't ever stay here again. We received no house keeping the second day. Food was horrible. Breakfast was easy Indian only. I would not recommend to anyone that I know.

Went to an event at the Expo Center. Great location. Walked to the event from the hotel. Lots of parking too! Beds are okay but walls are super thin. Make sure to get an upper floor room otherwise the loud bar below could be an issue.

The housekeeping was absolutely deplorable. Maintenance was wonderful. The temperature was 15 in the room on arrival. The door latch was damaged and the door hard to open. One call to the desk rectified the matter. Housekeeping didn't know their job and sure didn't do it. We stayed 4 nights, had to go to the cart to get supplies. Room... More
