We stayed for 4 nights in August. Good value. Nice site. Very close to town. There didn't seem to be an awful lot to do in or around the campsite though, but was a good place to pitch a tent and then leave to do things around Jasper. We would recommend and do plan to go back.

I woke up in the morning to the elk talking, which was annoying until I figured out they were elk and not bratty children, because they somehow sounded very similar. I don't have a whole lot to say about the campground- I set up my tent, left to explore Maligne Lake, camp back in the dark, fell asleep, woke up...

Camped here for most of a week. Individual camp grounds provide decent amount of room without being wedged up against the next zone over. Staff were very helpful to a couple of Australians who had very little idea of basic precautions to take when camping in Canada. Unluckily, it was raining fairly steadily when I visited, and the fire wood...

My gf and I showed up very late to Jasper, and we decided to give this site a go. It was 11:30, they welcomed us nicely! Helped find our spot. Clean site, clean bathrooms, awesome staff! We planned on staying longer but it hit 0 degrees that night so we cut the camping trip short and went on wards to...

I had a very positive RV (We have a camper van) experience in Banff but that's another story. Jasper, unfortunately, must be the estranged relative in the National Park family. To point: we arrived in the rain. They asked me if I wanted to purchase a fire permit. Fortunately I declined as, upon arrival to the reserved site, the fire...

Campground was very spacious, friendly rangers, enjoyed our stay. However, the grounds could use more showers. Long lines to use the showers, and only one facility for the entire campground. We were fortunate to see the Elk, stayed our distance, but unfortunately, not all campers adhered to the warnings. Beautiful country, and the town of Jasper is only 1.5 miles...

Didn't want to bring all the camping stuff with us on our trip to explore Alberta. Whistler's Otentiks were perfect. Still had the camp fire- but nice and cozy at night. Were thrilled to be surrounded by a bull and his ladies one evening..as they came in to graze. Firewood was plentiful and a short bike ride away- the campground...

Book early as it fills up quickly. We have met many wonderful visitors over the years and have kept in touch with three of the couples. Such a layer back and relaxing place to call home even if it is temporary. ❤️

The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was packed the night we were there, but the personnel were calm and informative. The sites were very large with a lot of space between RV's, the toilets were spotless clean and well supplied. A real high mountain retreat. We will be back!

As others have mentioned if you want to stay in a very very large RV park this is for you!! I will say on the plus side is that although it is a large site it doesn't feel like it the pitches are a very generous size. I will say though that one toilet in the gents isn't enough as...
