We bought food thinking there was a kitchenette in all of the units. When we finally got in, there was nothing but a small fridge and a microwave. The desk said we were told but no one could remember. Better stay at the Fairview in Jasper. That's where we spent most of our time and dinners.

First time staying here, we were given a cabin next to the office. I was concerned and expressed my dismay that we had booked 6 months ago and seemed to be given the worst cabin in the place. Well... it was fabulous. Quiet, clean, lovely, wonderful atmosphere. Being near the "hot pool" turned out to be convenient, not bothersome. This...

A three night stay in a deluxe one bedroom cabin was perfect. A milestone anniversary present from our children, it was everything we expected and more. After a spending the days outside hiking and enjoy Jasper area, was great to come back and enjoy our cooked meals with a glass of wine infront of the fireplace. Staff all very friendly,...

Alpine Village is about a mile outside of Jasper, across the street (actually Highway 93A, but don't let that scare you - it's not well traveled) from the Athabasca River. All the log cabins are beautifully done and the grounds are very well maintained. We booked about 2 months in advance and the only unit available was the Whistler Suite,...

My husband and I enjoyed three nights staying in a one room self contained cabin. We had a fully functional kitchen and a wonderful open wood fire place. After eating in restaurants every night during the start of our holiday, it was so nice and relaxing to be able to cook a meal and enjoy the cabin with the wood...

Great place to stay just outside of town. Quiet and peaceful yet just over a mile to the town of Jasper. Perfect place to enjoy the area. Spent 4 nights here and would rate this the best place we stayed in our visit to the Canadian Rockies for 2 weeks. They offer a variety of cabins from fully equipped to...

We really enjoyed our stay at the Alpine Village. We had a small doubt-bed chalet, but it was fine for our needs. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Although we were near reception on the front lawn, the chalet was quiet. The location next to the river was great for an evening drink but beware the mosquitoes!

The location was beautiful, right on the river, a quiet rustic cabin with wall furnace (some cabins had a wood burning fireplace). We enjoyed being outside of town but close by. The wifi was a bit limited but worked ok (we were in cabin D). There is no restaurant so all meals in town (we didn't have a kitchen cabin)....

Location: We traveled to Jasper after a stay in Banff (see my review on Hidden Ridge Resort). Jasper’s Alpine Village Cabin Resort is located two miles from downtown Jasper in quiet wooded grounds across the street from the Athabasca River. The area is enchanting and charming. There are Adirondack chairs provided at rivers edge for a peaceful cocktail watching sunset...

Great location and the sort of luxury cabin that makes it hard to leave. This summer was our third visit to Alpine Village and we will be back in the future if we can, too. The kitchen is better than ours at home, the three sleeping areas and pair of bathrooms are perfect for families, Do you like a heated...
