Paper thin walls - I could hear conversations in one neighboring room and a TV playing quietly in the other neighboring room. When one of my neighbors started their truck and left it idling around 5:30am I could hear it in my room clear as day. Someone also had a hard time waking someone else up, and I heard the...

I was here in town on a Monday night with my dog doing some site seeing so I got this hotel for the night. I got the single bed room with a king size bed. The room was not the very big but was not spending anytime in room so that was not a big deal. The bed was very...

Visited over the weekend with a group of friends, upon arrival we were asked to present a credit card which is normal and when we double checked that nothing would be charged to it the lady at the front desk confirmed this. However after arriving home the member of our group who gave her credit card discovered that she had...

Thank you for taking the time to post your comments on Trip Advisor. When a guest checks into the hotel with a credit card, the credit card is not "charged" but a pre-authorization is taken and the credit card is only charged upon check-out. It is unfortunate that there was a misunderstanding regarding the use of credit cards when checking...

I visited the lodge with a group of friends for two nights. As I am only 20 years of age, I have minimal experience in staying in hotels independently, and therefore I rely on and trust information given by the staff. We were asked to present a credit card when we arrived, and I explicitly checked that no charges would...

Stayed here for 2 nights. Jasper isn't the biggest village, which means you are then limited on where to stay. I was already aware that hotels were basic up here (if you are looking for a cheaper alternative to Fairmont), and yes, this does look like a motel from the outside. The room was comfy, good bed and shower and...

This place was in a great location, slightly outside of the town of Jasper about a 5 minute walk! Average rooms, with a very comfortable bed! The wifi was awful, would have thought it would have been better because hardly anybody was staying so wasn't being used much, but it was just as bad! But overall nice stay!

Lovely tidy rooms, great outdoor area to sit and have drinks with friends on the upstairs balcony, spa pool and indoor swimming pool, complimentary breakfast was the best of our stay in Canada! Highly recommend, great location on the main road into Jasper - easy 5 minute walk to shops.

Front desk friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Room was decent size with amenities such as coffee maker, hair dryer. King size bed was comfortable, slept well. Indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Booked through website (turned out to be Expedia) which charged us USD plus a booking fee(ripoff), in future, will call Lodge 1-800 direct, recommend reserving direct.

Spent two nights here and its quite nice. The price was a bit high for the size of the room but I guess you pay a little extra to stay in town. We picked a ground floor room facing the road and was surprised that they don't reserve the parking spot for the unit it was facing. The spots are...

Thank you for your feedback. We are happy to hear that you had a comfortable stay. Being located in a National Park dictates the number of parking spaces we are allowed to have, which can be challenging. We look forward to welcoming you back on your next visit to Jasper.

No complaints, but nothing special. Good price in low season. On the edge of town, but still walking distance to town. Comfy beds. Appreciate the fridge and large coffee maker and kettle. Nice to be able to have our car right outside our door. The neighbours were pretty quite so it made our sleep in day enjoyable. Recieved 15% off...
