Warm welcome, large suites, comfortable king bed and full amenities. Cheerful and helpful breakfast staff with plenty of choices. Walking distance to town. Good eating choices for every budget and benches to sit outdoors around the town. Interesting shops with friendly staff. Rental car or bus tours to see sights out of town. We had our own transportation and parking... More

our room was big and clean and the reception is nice, but the staff seemed apathetic most of the time, we had breakfast a couple of mornings and it took forever to be seated even though there were few people in the restaurant. Both mornings we had to wait ages for coffee and the second morning i asked again for... More

A clean and quiet hotel , a good fifteen minute walk from downtown Jasper .It is dated decor wise but you don't get a know where you will be staying when on a tour. The restaurant, food was huge helpings but definitely not fine dining. The tour operator advised I would be collected by the hotel from the train but I ended... Hotels in Jasper are not cheap and Chateau Jasper is one of the cheapest. But at over $250 a night, one would expect better service than we received there in late September.  In our advance booking we requested a room either on the ground floor or near the elevator for my handicapped wife.  We were given instead a regular room... Dear Jon B, I am sorry and to be honest, shocked to hear about the issues you had during your stay. I am not sure how you reserved your room but it is always good to reconfirm any special requests before arrival just to avoid any disappointment. With the Air Conditioner and TV, I am sure they could have been... More

We stayed 2 nights. The hotel appeared a bit old, but the rooms were spotlessly clean and roomy. The food and service in their restaurant were excellent. We were very impressed by the friendly and helpful staff - it makes such a difference to our stay when the staff are friendly. The reception person gave us info on a nice... More

I was happy with the hotel the rooms were very large. It was very quiet. The rooms were very clean. The water pressure in the shower was low but that's minor. The hot tub area was clean and we enjoyed the floor to ceiling windows as we relaxed. It is on the edge of jasper so not in walking distance... More

Hotel is located towards the edge of Jasper and so is quiet. Room was large and with aircon, safe, toiletries, tea/coffee. Parking is provided. Staff were friendly. We ate the restaurant one night, the service was farcical, in fact it became quite funny. Food was OK but a number of dishes were not available which we only found out each... More

Spent a couple of nights at the Chateau Lodge Hotel in Jasper. Situated on the outskirts of the town, about twenty minutes walk from the station, nice enough room but although modernised a little old fashioned in appearance. Having it's own restaurant we found the prices a bit steep and opted to eat outside , not unusual for us though.... More
