Our kids loved the pool and watersides and hot tub was nice.Rooms were small and in need of an upgrade. The staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was decent. I Would only stay here again if price was right.

I have stayed with Wyndham hotels for quite some time but I am very dissappointed in the check-in Lethbridge days inn. The lady named Janez was completely rude and I am super unhappy with the way she treated me and my family. I highly recommend that no one stay here unless they

We stayed in a room that was vary small run down, opens to the outside only, (like a motel) and in - 28c weather did not have the heat turned, leaving us freezing in our room for 45 minutes waiting for the room to heat up. Also we had a guest above us that stayed up all night

The hotel had a nice atrium and the breakfast had a lot to offer. The hotel is old and needs some repairs. The staff could have made the stay better had we known about a sports team being there. It was very loud early in the morning

High Level Bridge - view outside our room
Good morning our king rooms facing the courtyard all face to the interior of the hotel so do not have coulee view, the exterior king rooms which are motel style rooms do not face directly toward the coulee pending on the available room at time of check in you could have a bit of the coulee. Would be happy to book a room with two queen beds which are larger rooms and have courtyard view and excellent view of the coulees as well as the longest and highest train bridge of its type in the world.

"The corner units are biggest but you pay the most for them"
"I prefer to be away from pool noise myself, so the exterior suite was a good choice for us."
