Very clean room, great staff, and excellent location for enjoying downtown. Indoor pool and hot tub were a nice break. The room had a mini fridge (for drinks and leftovers) and a microwave and single cup coffee maker (ask for extra coffee pouches). One side faces the main road through town and might be a little loud for some folks, the other side is on the alley (still a decent view). some rooms face the lake and the park. Parking cost $15 per night but is handy and fairly secure.

Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed the location immensely. You can walk to City Park (across the street) and all along the waterfront. Covid protocols in place so there was no housekeeping for us. We received a $10 restaurant credit for each night we were there. Had breakfast in the restaurant all 3 mornings and our server was wonderful. Menu is similar to the Prestige Lakeside in Nelson. Rooms were clean, toilet/shower room very small. Hallways were showing a bit of age. Since we were there for 3 nights it would have been nice if they dropped of additional soap/shampoo due to no housekeeping on a daily basis. Had to track down a housekeeper trolly cart and they had no issues giving me more shampoo, plastic cups, etc. The only downsides I could see was that sometimes there was no parking immediately available on the hotel property. Also, rooms facing Harvey Avenue (Hwy. 97) could be loud with traffic. One in our party had a room facing Harvey and our room faced the rear. I would stay here again and request a room facing the rear.

The location of the hotel is perfect to be able to walk around the boardwalk and through the downtown core of Kelowna.
I stayed 3 nights in a jetted tub queen suite, room was very clean when I entered. The shower how ever was very difficult to balance between molten lava hot and ice cold. I was obviously able to make due. The bed also seemed to be a bit broken in the middle creating a sort of sink hole affect. The soaker jetted tub was perfect, especially after a couple hikes in the area. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in Kelowna, especially in the summer months. I was there at the end of February.

Thank you for the review Devin, I am sorry to hear our water system had caused some issues during your stay and I have made sure our maintenance team is looking into it for future stays, and we have also been slowly cycling in our new beds for the upcoming seasons. Thank you for the kind words and we hope we get to enjoy your company again in the future. All the best. Tyler B Rooms division manager.

I’m actually writing this while staying here right now. It’s incredibly dirty. I’ve washed my feet 3 times since checking in yesterday around 7pm. Immediately you get dirty again. I’m staying in the Beach Suite Cottage for $500 per night plus $7 per night for parking (which should be included like last year). Toilet stopped flushing and ran all night until my husband could fix it in the morning. I called to ask the floors to be cleaned this morning and said I would be out at 10. Conveniently when I came back to the room at noon the dirty towels were still there and the floor definitely was not cleaned. So I called the front desk again they brought towels and were like “we were just going to clean your floor” while my baby was screaming. So I declined them coming back. It’s insanely dirty. Also you get a lot of loud drunks at your window in the most expensive room in the place at 1am. Due to them placing a parking spot right at the master bedroom’s window.

Although there is no beach here and the hotel is actually on a busy road it is a good location close to the lakeside which is a great spot for an evening stroll. There are also a number of restaurants close by.
The reception were very helpful allowing us to check in early but check your bill as we were initially charged more for parking than had been quoted when we booked. This was rectified though.
The room is light with a balcony, unfortunately overlooking the busy road so not great for sitting outside. There were 2 big double beds and a desk area as well as a fridge. There was also a large shower but it took a good 5 mins for the water to get hot!
Overall a decent option for a nights stay and more character than a lot of the other chain hotels.

Our stay at the Beach House Prestige in Downtown Kelowna was like our own little beachfront property in the dead of the coldest part of our Okanagan winter this year. The decor was subtle and tasteful. There were unique pieces in the room and it did not feel cookie cutter at all. The patio overlooks the road that leads to the bridge and the huge waterfront park. It was the perfect place to quietly people watch in the evening.

The linen is one of the best parts of any Prestige property, they're so crisp, clean and luxurious feeling. We've stayed at this property in the summer months too and the bedding is perfect regardless of the weather. The pillow are also very lush, and have that perfect soft and firm feel to them.

Definitely spend the extra and get one of their deluxe or designer king rooms, the baths in these rooms are a thing of beauty. They are standalone jet tubs that are not tucked into a corner or seperate room so you can hang out and enjoy the time with your partner. They are also immaculately clean and as they are a standalone unit, they are no corners for questionable grime to hide.

The staff is always the best here and go above and beyond to correct any issues we came across or fulfill any of our requests. And there knowledge and passion for the local community is evident in how they recommend and gush about the things to do during your stay.

Change/washroom area in the pool facility could use an upgrade. The area is very small and the decor, hardware etc. needs to be replaced. The pool and hot-tub are satisfactory.
We did not have need of the restaurant or bar facilities, however, these looked to be pleasant facilities where one could feel comfortable.

The hotel is located across the street from the beautiful city park with a decent beach by a gorgeous lake. Also located near the cultural district with lots of restaurants and a great lakefront promenade. Stayed in the two bedroom suite which was spacious and decorated in a beach theme. The room was clean. Initially couldn’t find the room and the manager walked us out to it because it was located IN THE PARKING LOT. The front door of the unit is literally 20 feet from the six lane hwy 97 at street level. There are three large air conditioners in the unit which we hoped would drown out the outside noise during the night. Unfortunately you could still hear every door slam and car horn throughout the night because you’re sleeping IN A PARKING LOT. Side note, the hot water heater must be located in West Kelowna because it takes 8 minutes to get hot water in the shower in the morning. Also no smart tv’s in this unit which for $600/night you would think would be standard. We walked by the nearby Delta hotel and wished we stayed there.

Stayed here for 1 night - won't stay again. Parking costs an extra $8 to park in the hotel parking lot, breakfast in a bag is $9.95 for a muffin, one piece of fruit, juice and a granola bar. When you're paying $150 a night you think you'd get free parking and some breakfast thrown in. Plus we had to call the front desk to come and hang a shower curtain for us in the bathroom as there was none when we arrived. On a positive the 2 front desk men we dealt with were very helpful and friendly.

This place was spotless, quiet and close to good food! The staff was so nice to all of us. And affordable as well. Most places that are affordable to the average income earner have rude staff and dirty facilities, this is not the case here.

Hello! The Prestige Beach House has a limited selection of rooms that directly face the park, however room 201 has a king bed, jetted tub, and is on the corner of the hotel so it faces the park and the highway. It's a big beautiful room!! Alternatively, rooms 302 and 303 have the best views of the park and lake, however they only have a queen bed and a regular bath tub. Suite 301 is the two bedroom suite. It is also on the corner so it has highway and park views, and includes a full kitchen, living room, and jet tub. Very nice big room if you have a group! Have fun!

We are constantly upgrading our hotel and guest rooms. The last major renovation in rooms was 2012. I hope this helps.
