Convenient location, good price, clean, kitchenettes, next to highway but one that's not noisy at night. Mom and pop operation, pleasant folks. Gave a seniors discount. Had to ask for it, but maybe because we look so young....

This is a very basic, cheap motel. The building is old but the rooms have been renovated. Thankfully it looks better on the inside than the outside. The beds are decent. The bathrooms are very bright and hot water is plentiful.

. This was the worst place I have ever stayed. It was dirty and noisy. Cobwebs all over the room. Filthy blanket on the bed. Very lumpy old comforter. I would never stay here again. And I usually choose lower priced motels. This was way over priced. We stayed at a very very nice hotel for the same price.

A very basic and down to earth stay. The room was small but clean, and exactly what we needed for one night in the city. No frills, but the price reflects it. The room came with a small kitchenette with basic utensils. Staff was friendly. Payment was required before I saw the room, which was the only strange thing. The...

Front staff very friendly. Booked a cheap rate through Hotels.com, knowing it wasn't very highly rated, but it was a late night with an early morning. Map in lobby shows where all guests have come from. Put in family suite as king room we'd booked was taken. Everything very tired and old, but room was clean, although the bed covers...

Bog standard US motel but great value - big room, good wifi, digital TV, next to main road from ferry/out of town - 3 mins drive from centre. V friendly and helpful lady at front desk. All for less than CDN 100. Why do people go to posher places for overnight stays?

Very valuable for those catching the ferry. No frills, and very clean and functional. Traffic noise wasn't too bad in one bedroom, and could be slept through in the other. Right off the main drag. Service was excellent. Wouldn't recommend for an extended stay, but was great for one night. Wifi signal was pretty decent.

It looked like a dive so I decided to go for dinner and check in as late as possible. When I arrived the owner/operator informed me that she had, "sold the room and there was no room for me." Of course I expressed my anger and told her I would write a review about this incident on trip advisor. After...

Booked at this motel; we were delayed coming from Tofino and not sure if we were going to make it down. We called and asked if we could cancel. We were told we could not cancel, because it was a long weekend and not enough notice and she would have to charge us. We understood and accepted this response. So...

Great place for our overnight stop after wet and windy ball games! Cozy, clean rooms. Felt safe with additional locked door at the end of the upper hallway. Had a room which backed onto quieter side. Nothing fancy but owners very friendly and it was just the ticket! If you are a light sleeper you can hear low talking from...
